Chapter 67 - 67: Judgment at Enies Lobby

Rolan shook his head, voice flat, "Besides, no one can stop me if we decide to leave."

Iceburg stared at Rolan for a long moment, then shifted his gaze toward the battlefield where Franky and Lucci clashed. "Is that really Franky?" he asked, disbelief in his tone.

Rolan nodded once, expression unreadable. "Yes, that's him. His body's been reinforced with memory alloy. He's basically immortal now."

Iceburg hesitated, uncertainty flickering in his eyes. "Let's go. Franky should be able to handle Lucci now. First we deal with the culprit."

Rolan patted Iceburg's shoulder coolly. "Don't worry. Franky's more than capable. If anything happens, I've got your back."

They made their way toward where Spandam had been cornered. There, Spandam lay bound hand and foot by Robin, gagged, neck restrained. His eyes darted, panic evident in his expression.

Rolan walked slowly to Robin's side, voice calm. "Robin, you know who he is, correct?"

Robin's face flickered with pain. Memories of her home lost in flames, the horror of the Buster Call haunted her still. Spandam was Spandine's son. He inherited the same hatred and cruelty.

She didn't hesitate this time. Rolan's cold, calculating gaze met hers. He said quietly, "I know. Do what you must."

Robin looked at him in shock. "Killing him… that would mean declaring war on the World Government."

Rolan glanced up at the massive Gate of Justice looming behind them and sighed. "Our enemy has always been the World Government."

Robin closed her eyes briefly. Then, with steady resolve, she moved. A sick crack echoed through the hall. Spandam collapsed, neck twisted grotesquely.

Iceburg, beside her, stared in horror. He tried to speak but couldn't find words fast enough.

Robin exhaled sharply, tone hollow. "It's done."

Without a word, Rolan turned toward the exit. He raised his chin and said, "Let's go."

Just as they began walking away, a cold, leisurely voice drifted across the hall.

"Kowai ne, Rolan, causing chaos again as usual."

Rolan stopped. He turned. Standing at the end of the hallway under dim light was a tall figure, golden light dancing at his side. Admiral Kizaru.

"Oh? Admiral Kizaru," Rolan drawled, brows raised. "What brings you to Enies Lobby? Vacation?"

Kizaru's calm smile never wavered. "No. This is an order from the Gorosei. I was told to find you. I had a rather… harsh scolding about it."

Iceburg froze. Robin's eyes widened. Kizaru's presence meant everything changed — he was a Marine Admiral, one of the strongest fighters alive. The stakes just skyrocketed.

Robin clung瞬 to Rolan's hand, anxiety knocking at her composure.

Rolan laid a gentle but firm hand over hers.

Kizaru tilted his head slightly, regard cold. He turned his gaze to Robin. "So this is Nico Robin. Have you joined Ion, then?"

Rolan's lips curled into a curt smile. "Yes, she's my partner. No matter who she was before, what she did, or what knowledge she had — from now on, she belongs with me. And you have no right to reach for her."

With those words, Rolan's aura shifted. The air around him cracked, like lightning about to strike — a force that tore through clouds high above.

Kizaru's eyes narrowed, surprise flickering behind his sunglasses. He frowned quietly. "You've become stronger than before…"

Rolan's tone was casual, almost bored. "Do you really think you can stop me alone? Maybe you forgot last time. Or maybe you're counting on reinforcements like Kuzan coming soon."

Kizaru rubbed his chin, conflicted. Even as an Admiral, he hesitated. He was supposed to bring Rolan in. Yet facing him felt impossible.

Shaking his head, Kizaru stepped forward. He drew a sword of golden light. "Very well. Let's see how much stronger."

Rolan glanced at Robin and Iceburg, voice steady. "Hold them safe for now." He then turned back to Kizaru, eyes cold. "If you want a fight, fine."

In a flash, he launched forward. The two collided — Rolan's fist met Kizaru's glowing blade. Metal rang. Cloth didn't tear.

Kizaru's eyes widened beneath his sunglasses. "Such constitution… perhaps comparable to Charlotte Linlin."

Rolan's lip curled slightly. "Impressive, Admiral. But you think that's enough?"

He twisted his shoulder, muscles tensing. "If you want to play, then fine. Let's play."

And with that, the hall shook, light and darkness clashing as their strength tested limits.
