world he immediately decided to start a company to help the heroes from the shadows and what's the best way to do that if not becoming the director of S.H.I.E.L.D,with that out of the way he began his work by helping mutants and protecting them and he got sebastian shaw to be his subordinate further increasing his influence in the underworld and legal circle,and instead of following the original plot he decided to take laws into his hands by turning Steve Rogers into a cosmic soldier (a cosmic soldier is as strong as a viltrumite and superman combined) and then with rick's help he made tony stark develop an advanced version of the iron man suit. after which he decided to have allies to aid him In some of his endeavors,so he asked Rick to get him 1 billion beast of ragnarok (Fenrir) soul's,1 billion vampire progenitor's soul's,then he combined them and sent them into a young werewolf and a young vampire.
Satisfied with his work he also went ahead and caught a few animals to awaken their innate abilities.
His allies were Kraven the werewolf,Diane the vampire,and the true dragon siblings (I don't have names for them yet),and Momotaro.
