Kenshin decided not to pressure the confused girl and, turning, walked toward the gym, pulling the black-haired beauty behind him.
Upon arriving at the gym, Kenshin mentally ordered his sons not to call him father and to behave as if he were their employer. He also reminded them not to show their Sharingan and generally keep quiet, because Kasumi could easily piece everything together from scraps of information.
Not that Kenshin was very afraid of information leaks or worried that the effect of "Patriarch's Charm" combined with his seduction skills wouldn't work, but it was worth being cautious.
He was 99% sure that in a week he would convince the young beauty and make her his. In half a day he had already reached her sweet lips and touched her firm ass—something guys who knew Kasumi considered impossible even in a month. Even as a teenage girl she had earned a reputation as an ice queen and repelled all guys with a single glance.
Guys from the Nara Clan were lazy and cunning. And although the girl had a gorgeous appearance, the difficulty of seducing her repelled everyone with at least rudimentary intelligence. Moreover, everyone in the clan was certain she would become the wife of the future clan head, and eventually guys stopped even looking at her beautiful figure, not wanting to invite trouble.
Glances from guys outside the clan weren't even discussed. Anyone without proper status dared not stare at women of noble clans under threat of having their eyes gouged out. There weren't many precedents, but one loud case happened six years ago when a commoner admitted to the elite shinobi academy under the Third Hokage's "Fire Power" social program dared to hit on a girl he liked from the Hyuga Clan and forcibly hugged her.
Half a day later several Hyuga Clan members visited his home but met fierce resistance from his father, who was also a Tokubetsu Jonin. He drove off the two Chunin who came and quickly sent his eldest son for help to the Konoha Police.
By the time more serious forces arrived, the entire block was in uproar, and the news reached the Hokage himself. But unfortunately, by Hiruzen's arrival the father of the offending boy was on his last breath. Half his internal organs had been playfully ruptured by a Hyuga Clan Jonin's Gentle Fist, and the man died minutes later.
A huge scandal erupted, and Hiruzen, digging in his heels, demanded compensation from the Hyuga Clan and took the boy under his personal protection. The Hyuga Clan offered no apologies, only disavowing the actions of one individual Jonin and promising to punish him according to clan rules.
After this incident all commoners feared even looking at the proud daughters of great clans, so the growing Kasumi never experienced the delights of courtship from numerous guys, but she didn't need it—or so she thought.
Kenshin, of course, didn't know all the subtleties of relations between commoners and clan shinobi, but he imagined something similar. However, he was certain that sufficient strength erased any status barriers. He clearly remembered the orphan who later became Hokage. True, he didn't know how that talented guy's path went and was almost certain it wasn't as rosy and simple as shown on screen.
Interrupting his thoughts, Kenshin introduced Kasumi and Ichiro, who greeted each other quite neutrally and didn't continue the conversation. Kasumi was not in the best mood, and besides, she paid no attention to any of these eternal Genin. She showed courtesy to Ichiro only because he was the most promising and possibly already Chunin level, though she wasn't sure. The rest in her eyes were nothing more than ordinary infantry.
Kasumi herself was predicted to reach Jonin rank by age twenty-five, and she tried to do everything in her power to justify the hopes placed on her. At just nineteen she already firmly held Chunin rank, so Shikaku couldn't be happier with the excellent match he had raised for his only son.
While Kasumi sat lost in thought on a comfortable chair, half-watching these Genin train, Kenshin decided to spar with his two youngest sons in the next room on the ring.
Eleventh and Twelfth were very happy that father decided to teach them personally, so each listened to his words with full dedication. Although Fifth explained the basics of hand-to-hand combat quite clearly, Kenshin's skills were much higher, so he had to correct his sons' stances and strikes to lay a proper foundation.
Correcting stances and proper swings took literally ten minutes, and Kenshin began light sparring, well aware that knowledge is absorbed much faster in practice—especially with pain stimulation. He didn't use full strength, and he wore gloves, striking the helmet or body, but even so it wasn't pleasant. He noticed he had become slightly stronger than in his previous life, likely due in no small part to this, allowing him to easily overpower a trained girl even without chakra.
In the middle of sparring with Twelfth, Kasumi entered the room and was slightly surprised by the fighters' appearance and unusual combat style. Sitting in the trainer's chair, she began attentively watching this unusual sparring.
After Twelfth took several body shots and one face hit, then collapsed to the ground, Kenshin ended the sparring and, panting, began drinking. The fight first with Eleventh and then with Twelfth had been unusually difficult and exhausting. The two youngest sons with 30% base enhancement from 6 skill points in "Talented Offspring" were incredibly strong, fast, and impervious. Kenshin won only because all their movements were incredibly slow to him, and he barely managed to dodge.
