Chapter 36: Even Walking Down the Street, You Get Provoked by Brainless Idiots
Looking at his younger cousin, Yu Tianxin said, "Xiao Lin, let's go together. It's on the way."
In Yu Tianxin's eyes, even if Yu Tianlin had already reached the level of a two ring Great Spirit Master, he was still just an eight year old child. Letting him run around outside alone would be a bit dangerous. Since they were headed in the same direction, they might as well travel together, and he could look after him.

Since both of them were Great Spirit Masters, their speed was naturally fast. Around ten in the morning, the two arrived at Heaven Dou City.
As the capital of the Heaven Dou Empire, Heaven Dou City was protected by city walls hundreds of meters high. Flags fluttered atop the walls, and the patrolling soldiers were all wrapped in heavy armor, marching in step as if they were a single organism, exuding a strong sense of discipline.
The central main gate was ten meters high, the same height as Thunder Academy's gate, but much wider. Six riders could pass through side by side without feeling cramped.

Although Yu Tianlin was quite interested in this cousin he had never met before, his most important goal today was to find his older brother and meet his future sister in law.
After parting with Yu Tianxin, Yu Tianlin followed the road he had pointed out. Before long, he exited from the east gate.
After walking a short distance, he saw a towering mountain ahead. At the foot of the mountain was a sparkling lake, its surface shimmering with reflected light.
"Is that Heaven Dou Royal Academy?"
Looking at the mountain in front of him, Yu Tianlin was not entirely sure. There was no academy gate at the foot of the mountain, so it was hard to judge.
However, the stone steps on the mountain path were entirely made of white marble, carved with all kinds of Spirit Beast patterns. It was far too extravagant to be an ordinary scenic mountain. Heaven Dou Royal Academy should be built on this mountain.
With that thought, Yu Tianlin stepped onto the mountain path and began to climb.
He had only gone a short way when he saw several scattered figures coming down.
Seeing the pale yellow school uniforms they wore, Yu Tianlin finally confirmed that this was indeed Heaven Dou Royal Academy.
Those students from Heaven Dou Royal Academy all carried themselves arrogantly, walking right down the middle of the road as if the mountain path belonged to them.
Yu Tianlin did not feel like getting involved, so he simply moved to the side and continued upward.
However, just because you do not want to pay attention to other people does not mean they will not stick to you like dog poop.
One pale faced student, who looked like he was suffering from serious kidney deficiency, brightened up as soon as he noticed Yu Tianlin. He nudged the youth walking at the front. "Boss, look, someone from Thunder Academy!"
The young man in the lead turned his gaze toward Yu Tianlin. After seeing the Thunder Academy uniform, he grinned. "It really is. What is a Thunder Academy brat doing here? Let's go have some fun with him."
He said this and swaggered over with his lackeys to block Yu Tianlin's path. "Kid, you're from Thunder Academy. This isn't a place you should be."
Yu Tianlin frowned slightly as he looked at the group of idiots in front of him. He had not provoked them, yet they insisted on blocking his way. He could not be bothered to argue and simply spat out, "Get lost."
"Heh, kid, you've got quite the attitude. Today I'll teach you how to behave."
The leading youth had only wanted to tease him a bit at first, but he had not expected Yu Tianlin to tell him to get lost so directly. His expression darkened at once, and he kicked at Yu Tianlin from above.
His footing was unstable and his kick was weak.
Yu Tianlin instinctively judged the angle and speed of the incoming kick. His body shifted, and he easily dodged it.
But he did not stop there. His left hand snapped out and grabbed the ankle of the extended leg, then he jerked it down sharply.
"Ah!"
The young man was suddenly forced into an awkward split. A cry of pain burst from his mouth as his upper body pitched forward. Yu Tianlin released his ankle, and the youth rolled all the way down the white marble steps.
"Boss!"
His underlings were shocked. Ignoring Yu Tianlin completely, they rushed around him and ran down the steps to help their boss.
"The quality of students at Heaven Dou Royal Academy really leaves people speechless."
Yu Tianlin could not help commenting inwardly. This guy had seemed so arrogant, yet he could not even handle one simple counter.
He suddenly began to worry a little about his older brother. People say you become like those you spend time with. If his brother studied with this kind of trash every day, would he be dragged down as well?
To enter an advanced Spirit Master academy, one had to at least be a two ring Great Spirit Master. After tumbling down more than ten steps, the leading youth finally managed to stop himself and scramble to his feet.
"Boss, are you alright?"
His lackeys hurriedly helped him up, fussing over him as they patted away the dust.
"A bunch of trash, get out of my way!"
The youth shoved his followers aside impatiently, glaring up at Yu Tianlin. "Brat, you're asking for it!"
As soon as he finished speaking, an azure light burst from his body. His muscles bulged, gray fur sprouted across his skin, and at the same time, two yellow spirit rings rose from beneath his feet, circling around him.
