He only need to go to that area and start his mission.

There are many hunting grounds that is designed by the sect.
Hunting area one is where the weakest of beasts usually around.
There are several more hunting grounds with higher numbers. Those are where stronger beasts exist.
Where Cloud is going, hunting area one is mostly filled with beasts that hasn't become Spirit Beast yet.
But there would occasionally be some weaker spirit beast there.
It took Cloud about a day to reach the hunting area. It is noon when he arrives so he start his hunt right away.
Cloud move quickly. Using his hunting experience, it doesn't take long for him to find some beasts.
Cloud is eager to try his strength now that he has become a Qi Gathering Realm Cultivator, so he doesn't hold back at all.
As he runs though the forest in the mountain, he spots a tiger. He quickly change course and target it.
The tiger barely turn to look at Cloud and roar when Cloud already arrive before it and punch it.
Cloud's punch fell from above the tiger's head. The tiger didn't even have time to dodge as the punch landed.
It hit the tiger straight at its skull, shattering it completely. The tiger's orifices bleed as it fell dead on the ground.
Cloud smile as he feels the strength of his body. He is very satisfied with it.
Although the tiger is not a spirit beast, it would take him a lot of effort to kill it, if it was before.
Now as a Qi Gathering Realm Cultivator, he can easily kill it with one punch.
After that, Cloud took out the space ring that he got as a reward. He still hid it inside his robe and not wear it.
The ring is quite precious and Cloud is afraid that someone like him who just entered the Qi Gathering Realm not long ago wouldn't have the strength to keep it.
But he still decides to use it as bringing the body of the beast would take a lot of effort.
Cloud put the ring on his finger and try to use it. He activates the qi within his body then he can sense a void space.
The space is completely void. There is nothing inside. But the size is quite considerable. It is about 3 cubic meter.
Cloud then try to put the tiger's body inside but he is not successful right away.
From novels and stuff that he remember, people can just put it in magically. But it doesn't seem to be the case here.

Cloud point the ring toward the tiger. Nothing happened.

Finally, he sigh and walk to the tiger to try its weight. He has given up and plan to bring the tiger the normal way. By dragging it.
He touched the tiger with both hands, planning to lift it. But when he does, something unexpected happens.
The tiger disappear from his sight.
After being stunned for a moment, Cloud quickly check the space inside the ring and he found the tiger inside.
"Yes!" He cheers with a fisted hand.
He somehow find the way to do it.
Now he won't need to bring the body with him one by one.
Then, Cloud continue his hunt.
Finding beasts here are just as easy as in the barren mountain. They are plentiful everywhere.
Cloud easily find many beasts with his meager tracking skill.
He kill almost anything that he find. He only ignore the smaller beasts.
After a few try, Cloud found out that he need to touch the body with the ring while circulating his qi inside his body.
That's how he can put the beast's body inside the ring.
Cloud continue hunting until the sun is setting. At this point, his ring is also almost full.
He managed to fit about a dozen inside the ring. After all, the beasts here are way bigger compared to his previous world.
