Chapter 6 - Chapter 6 — Shine! The Golden Hyper Muteki Like a Meteor

The Rider system related to Kamen Rider Build originates from the Blood Tribe and their Pandora Box and Nebula Gas.

In Dan's vision, the ideal material and energy source to create the Blood Tribe and Pandora's Box would naturally be one of the Five Cosmic Entities in the Marvel universe—Galactus, the Devourer of Worlds, who travels the universe consuming planets to satisfy his hunger.

If he could obtain Galactus' energy as a foundational power source, he would absolutely be able to create the ultimate Pandora Box that he envisioned, as well as the Blood Tribe that hunts planets as prey.

Although Galactus is usually considered the weakest among the five, with his power constantly fluctuating, he remains one of the primal cosmic entities.

Galactus' actual power depends entirely on whether he has eaten enough.Theoretically, once his hunger is satiated from devouring enough planets, he becomes equal in power to Infinity, Eternity, Death, and Oblivion—true creation-tier cosmic gods.

But when starving, he is undoubtedly the basement level among the Five.

In truth, Galactus is almost always starving—basically always either eating, or on his way to eat. (And what he eats, of course, are planets.)

Even so, his status is unquestionable—one of the highest beings in the universe, far above any ordinary lifeform.

To acquire Galactus' primal power is not easy. Whether through force or negotiation, Dan Kuroto must at least possess enough power to make Galactus acknowledge him and speak as equals.

Even if Galactus is in his weakened state, his power is still not something normal beings could match.

To directly overpower him and forcibly extract his energy would require strength equivalent to several creation-tier entities. In other words, Kamen Rider Chronicle would need to be nearly complete.

But if the Chronicle reaches that level, Dan would practically already be close to achieving his ultimate goal—starting Build's Rider system only then would be too late.

So Dan's current plan is to obtain enough power to speak with Galactus as an equal, negotiate, and trade for a portion of his power.

According to Dan's expectations, as long as he masters one of the ultimate truths of reality, he will be able to create one of the greatest cheat items in the Rider game system—

Hyper Muteki Gashat.

At the very least, like Doctor Strange facing Dormammu in the Dark Dimension, he would have enough confidence to confront Galactus and earn the qualification for equal dialogue.

He doesn't need to defeat Galactus—as long as he can make Galactus unable to deal with him, they can negotiate.

However, if he cannot find Galactus, or if negotiations fail and he cannot obtain Galactus' power to create the Blood Tribe and Pandora Box…

There is always a backup plan: Ego the Living Planet, father of Star-Lord Peter Quill.

Anyway, in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol.2, Ego acts like a loving father—then dies.

In Dan Kuroto's mind:Since he's going to die anyway, better to let his power be fully utilized.Dan would extract all the energy he can from Ego to create Pandora's Box and perfect Evolto.

After all, Evolto at this moment was created from the Celestial Flower Ego planted on Earth intending to absorb all life, but which Dan Kuroto took and repurposed.

Far out in space, Ego sensed the disappearance of the Celestial Flower on Earth, but did not know what happened or where.

He had planted Celestial Flowers on countless living planets, far too many to track precisely.

Worse yet, he could not perfectly control the immense power within his planetary body.

Because he could not properly harness his power, he spread countless offspring across the universe hoping one would inherit his ability.

Only then could he complete his grand plan—use Celestial Flowers spread through the cosmos to devour all life.

"Forget it. What's important now is finding my son. Once he inherits my bloodline, my great plan can begin."

Ego decided to send an energy avatar to locate Star-Lord first.

"Hyper Muteki…"

Dan lightly traced the surface of the Mighty Action X Gashat in his hand and whispered.

The Hyper Muteki Gashat he intends to create is a true form of invincibility based on the fundamental rules of reality.

It can make all enemy attacks ineffective and unable to inflict damage.

This is possible because once Dan obtains the Reality Stone, Kamen Rider Chronicle can control reality through Bugster Virus, and rewrite physical rules, determining enemy attacks as illusory and unreal.

If the enemy is overly powerful, at the level of law-manipulating gods, Hyper Muteki itself will be treated as unreal relative to the opponent's attacks.

In short, any effective strike and Hyper Muteki exist forever on two parallel lines that never intersect.

Thus the Gashat functions as a game cheat—damage immunity, super armor, cannot be controlled.

In addition, Invincibility has true-damage capability.

The Hyper Muteki's attacks begin as unreal, bypassing all defenses, and only after release do they transform into reality, meaning a slight delay.

But the delay is irrelevant. Because illusory attacks cannot be blocked, and armor is meaningless.

So when the attack becomes real, it hits directly—No defense. Direct HP damage. The equivalent of true damage.

What is Invincible?

Just read it literally! (hands akimbo, leaning back proudly!)

This is why Dan places such importance on the Rider Game System—not only because Bugster growth allows Chronicle to grasp reality-altering power, but also because Hyper Muteki is the ultimate cheat he designed for himself.

[Nah buddy Mighty Novel X, Genm: God Maximum Gamer Level Billion exist]

Once he possesses invincibility, he can live freely, unrestrained.

And he believes his conviction will allow Muteki power to reach the absolute limit—maybe even surpass it.

—Words become reality. Rewrite anything. A novelist who creates existence.

Because from the moment Dan created Kamen Rider Chronicle, his belief was unshakable:

His game will include all infinite multiverses.

All fate in the universe will be written and changed by his game.

But to finish the Muteki Gashat, the Reality Stone must be obtained—the Chronicle must extract enough primal reality power to analyze and reconstruct.

At the same time, the Bugster-born Riders must accumulate enough real-data feedback.

"Boss, what should I do now?" Evolto canceled his transformation, slightly unsatisfied.

"The Tree of Life Foundation still needs a president from our side. Go be president for now.

From now on, call yourself President E."

Dan smiled faintly.

Though confused, Evolto shrugged helplessly."You're the boss. Whatever you say goes."

Dan nodded and asked Izu to open communication with Ark-One.

"This is Evolto, your new ally. From now on he will be president of the Tree of Life Foundation."

"Yo!" Evolto waved casually toward Ark's avatar on screen.

"Understood." Ark replied, eyes flashing.

"Don't be so cold. We're coworkers from now on." Evolto tried to joke.

Ark ignored him and turned to Dan:

"The Museum Project is progressing smoothly. Based on the data you provided, the Gaia Memory research and prototype construction are nearly complete.

All prototype structures are stable, and we can begin trial production soon.

The mass-production memory series—Masquerade—has finished its initial models. After parameter adjustments, it can enter full production."

Dan nodded.

"Complete Gaia Memory production as soon as possible, but don't rush. Maintain strict secrecy. Do not connect the Tree of Life Foundation to Gaia Memory yet."

"Understood. I will strictly monitor the Museum operations."

"Also, send me the initial prototype of Eternal Memory. I will finalize, modify, and strengthen it."

"Yes."

A massive data stream poured into the computer. Dan activated Chronicle, and streams of data formed above the desk, condensing into a white USB-shaped Memory, marked with E for Eternal.

Dan picked it up, smiling. The Eternal Memory was intended for causing chaos.

Since he possessed Rider creation power and could transform into any Rider he created, not going out to "have some fun" would be like wearing luxurious clothes in the dark—boring!

Why choose Kamen Rider Eternal?

Because Ex-Aid and Genm are too distinctive and too cartoonish, and given his current Rider system plans, they are not suitable for public appearance.

Eternal is the perfect mask for the coming operation—to establish the Gaia Memory production line, sell them to the market, and set the stage for the hidden forces—the Museum, and deeper behind them, Foundation X.

Once the right candidate appears, the Gaia Memory storyline begins.
