Synopsis
(Crossover Fic) Artem woke up in the winter region that was Beyond The Wall. Having a vague memory of how he got there, he could only remember the vivid image of a woman with white hair and purple eyes. He also remembered a strange woman with mist for a body telling him that he had reincarnated into a different world with a familiar power of cold. While he deduced that the was in the world of ASOIAF and Beyond The Wall, he was still unsure what era that was in. He would then get immediately attacked by an Other, where he would realize he had the powers of Ice. He then would traverse the region North of the Wall, eventually crossing south and interacting with Westeros's Northern Region. He would then come to awaken his Conqueror's Will, challenging the Targaryen Tyrant that is on the Throne. His actions would shape the history of this version of Planetos. Chapter 1 - Prologue

(Artem's POV)

The cold never bothered me.

It was cold where I was from; I was born in it. I grew up being cold, shivering as a child, huddling in the corner of the frail little house I lived in for the first 15 years of my life. There were never enough funds to get a proper heater, so I had to get used to the cold. It was rough, yes, but I managed to survive.

I had always been cold.

My body, my heart, my soul. Everything about me was cold.

And today is no different.

I don't know what had happened to me, but I vaguely remember where I was. All I know is that I was currently lying in the snow, my entire body felt cold....but it didn't bother me at all. I had opened my eyes to see the cloudy sky above me, snow falling all around me. I don't remember much about how I got here.

But I do remember a dream.

A dream of a strange-looking woman, her corporeal form was that of a mist. Her words telling me that I had died and was reincarnated in a different world, one I was familiar with. She told me that I wielded a power that I was familiar with as well.

I don't know if that was true.

Maybe it was. I was lying in the snow, unmoving and simply staring up at the sky as the snow slowly piled over my body. If it were true, I was no longer in my own world, where I didn't have any happy memories.

There was also a different part of the dream, one that I was a bit appalled by. A beautiful woman, one with white hair and purple eyes, her eyes piercing me. I don't know if this was an altered vision conjured by the strange woman who informed me of my fate, but I could not get that image out of my head.

That woman, whoever she was, she was incredibly beautiful. She was like a goddess, with a cold stare and an even colder heart.

I liked that.

Either way, I had to move.

I tried lifting my arm, feeling as it snapped completely. I felt a sharp sensation on my right arm, a strange feeling that would've probably been pain filled my entire right arm. I felt numb, very numb. Even now, the cold didn't bother me.

Or perhaps I wasn't cold.

Maybe my mind was thinking that I was cold, it was probably confused that I wasn't actually cold. And that is why I had this strange feeling.

What was the ability that the woman told me about?

I closed my eyes, my entire mind was hazy, unable to remember the exact words she said.

"A chill....."

The faint memory of her voice resounded in my mind. Whatever ability she granted me, it had to do with a chill.

I focused, trying my best to conjure up the memory of the conversation we had. I do think I was a bit apathetic of what was going on at the moment. I was more focused on the vision of the white-haired woman, rather than this woman who had a mist body.

"To have the will of a King and the power of the cold..."

Her voice became clearer, I was beginning to remember the details.

I tried my moving my arm yet again, hearing another snap. As the snap was loud, I felt the same strange and numb sensation spread throughout my right side. Without another moment wasted, I pulled myself up, sitting up as I heard more snapping around my body.

I looked down, seeing that my body was for some reason fused to the snow, ice shards formed and absorbing it into my own body. I looked to the side, seeing that my arm was completely snapped off, turning completely white as ice spread upwards, connecting it back to my body.

"The chill...." My voice was soft, "My body feels no cold. It is Ice."

I see.

I understand now.

I was reincarnated into a different world with the power of the Hie Hie no Mi from One Piece. As sad and pathetic as my life was, there were good moments in it. Most of those moments were sitting in that corner, shivering constantly, and reading the One Piece Manga. The man who called himself my father would spend money he didn't have to buy me the books.

All to make me forget the situation we were in.

But that was a long time ago. And I was dead.

But not in this world.

"Logia...." I said as I tried to stand up

Every movement I made caused the ice around me to snap. I got on my knees, feeling the way my leg simply snapped and imploded by the effort. I collapsed on my belly, feeling how the ice was slowly reforming itself.

It was strange. I could feel everything on my body, but I had no proper control.

That is a lie. I do have control, I just have to focus.

I closed my eyes and took in a deep breath, "It is my body." I said, "I have control over it...."

After a few seconds of waiting, feeling how the ice reformed onto my body and reverted back to normal, I opened my eyes and pushed myself off the snow.

I stood up, stumbling to the side as I looked to the side, "Good."

I saw nothing but a field of white, snow falling all around me.

"Hm." I said as I took a step forward, feeling my foot sink through the thick snow, "Interesting."

Wherever I was, I was in a winter region. That could be any world that I am aware of. I don't think I am in the world of One Piece. If I were, I would not be reincarnated during the current timeline. Since the user of this power is still alive.

Where am I?

I took a few steps forward when I felt a presence, some meters away. My entire body tingled, the numb feeling spreading throughout it. Maybe it was my instincts warning me of danger, but there was a foolish confidence that formed in me when I realized that I had a logia power.

One that I didn't fully have control over.

I squinted my eyes and saw a tall and skinny figure, standing still. I saw two icy blue eyes staring at me as wind began to pick up, causing its crystal clear hair flow to the side.

"Huh?" I said

The figure became much clearer, as if my vision was adjusting to the surroundings. I saw a tall, cold, corpse with blue eyes. At leas it looked like a corpse, its skin was completely white and its eyes were a sharp blue, similar to mine. It was holding a long spear, with the blade seemingly made out of ice.

I blinked, "A.....white walker?" I said aloud, "Am I in Westeros?"

I was. This was quite obvious.

I was Beyond The Wall.

The Walker looked at me, its eyes piercing me. It opened its mouth and a grating sound escaped it, like ice shattering mixed with a low shriek.

Suddenly, bursting through the snow, several figures arose as they let out shrieks of their own.

I looked around to see that I was suddenly surrounded by dozens of wights, summoned by the White Walker before me. They were shaking their head and staring at me with their unsettling eyes, merely standing some meters away, waiting for the silent command to pounce.

"Oh." I said while blinking,

"Well, this is unexpected."
