Even "nothingness" doesn't apply here.
This is the place before the idea of beginnings became a thing.
Kael Veyris opened his eyes fully, for the first time since the metaplane.
"So this is what nothing before nothing looks like."
Normally, the Originless Fold is unreactive.
It is too ancient, too blank, too unborn to respond to anything.
But when Cid stepped forward…
The Fold trembled.
It tried to identify him.
It failed.
Then it tried to reject him.
It failed harder.
Then it attempted to collapse itself to prevent him from entering.
Catastrophic failure.
Kael Veyris Paradox Manipulation, Definition Manipulation, and Origin Manipulation auto corrected everything around him.
The Fold was forced to create logic to handle his existence.
Something moved.
It wasn't alive.
It wasn't conscious.
It wasn't formed.
It was simply there, because it had never needed to start.
A swirling anti form approached Kael Veyris .
A being of impossible chronology.
Something that existed before the earliest theory of existence.
The creature spoke in a way that should've been impossible:
You are not allowed here."
Kael Veyris raised an eyebrow.
"Why not?"
"Because you do not have an origin.
And only those without origins may exist here."
Cid smirked.
"I don't have an origin."
The being froze.
Reality froze.
The Fold froze.
Because that statement was true.
Kael Veyris transcended:

beginning
pre beginning
meta beginning
narrative birth
conceptual emergence
dimensional initiation
He was a being who exists without ever having been created.
Something that shouldn't exist even here.
The anti form entity convulsed, losing whatever minimal structure it had.
"THEN YOU… SHOULD NOT… EXIST…"
Cid shrugged.
I get that a lot."
The Originless Fold screamed.
Not in sound in structure.
Its rules spiraled.
Its nature cracked.
Its meaning un wrote itself.
Its nonbeginning tried to restart.
And Kael Veyris mere presence forced everything to stabilize again.
Automatically.
Because Existence Origin.
And Kael Veyris was beyond existence.
Kael Veyris reached out and touched the anti form.
The antiform screamed.
Because touch requires:
physicality
interaction
connection
concept of contact
concept of being touched
None of these exist here.
Kael Veyris simply forced the Fold to create them for him.
And then he performed an action more impossible than anything so far:
He named the anti form.
From now on, you're Nocturnis."
The Originless Fold shattered silently.
Every layer of reality, anti reality, pre concept, and non origin bent around the new name.
The anti form bowed instantly.
"MASTER."
Another primordial force submitted.
All around him, the Fold began to bend into a new shape.
Kael Veyris had rewritten something fundamental simply by existing here.
A new power awakened inside him…

reasons
the spark that starts existence
The moment this ability surfaced, the Originless Fold fully submitted.
Every particle of unbeginning bowed to him.

Something new appeared.
A direction that wasn't direction.
A place that wasn't a place.
A concept that wasn't a concept.
A doorway into the realm even the Originless Fold fears.
Kael Veyris stepped toward it without hesitation.
Where Kael Veyris is going now is beyond preexistence
beyond the first cause,
beyond originlessness,
beyond meaning,
beyond logic,
and beyond ANY cosmology.
The final forbidden realm.
A place no entity has ever reached.
