Kenji suddenly started swimming in a straight line.

The Qillud immediately started following his trail as it swam with short bursts of speed.
It was catching up as Kenji was seemingly slowing down.

With a sudden turn, Kenji suddenly surprised the Qillud, and he aimed straight at its head with a biting motion.

The Qillud immediately started to spew Ink, attempting to blind Kenji.
'I won't let you!'
Kenji reacted by swimming as fast as he could, dragging the Qillud with his deep bite, forcing the ink to be left behind with a trail as they moved.

And with one final bite, the Qillud fell, unmoving between Kenji's teeth.

Meanwhile, in the Grierson continent, inside a large castle surrounded by rivers, a boy can be seen reading a large book that covers the entirety of his face, with piles and piles of other books stacked up next to him.
"Young lord, supper is ready; your father is also attending today."
"I told you not to call me that, Alecia, just call me Vincent..."
The boy named Vincent spoke as he lowered the large book that was hiding his face, revealing his bright blonde hair and emerald eyes.
"I'll try my best, young lord..."
Vincent couldn't help but sigh before he slowly stood up.
"Alright, come with me to the dining hall, Alecia, let us have supper together."
She fell silent for a moment before replying.
"A lowly servant like me cannot possibly dine with nobility such as you, young lord!"
She exclaimed as she gripped her hand with another, which made Vincent's expression turn sour.
