"W-what?" Xie Fang's face flushed red, his eyes widened as he looked up in shock.
"Don't want help?" Li Chang asked as he lowered his eyes. His deep voice carried a hint of amusement.
"N-no." Xie Fang muttered in a low voice. He tried to push Li Chang's hand away. "I'll go by myself," he said while turning his head around, avoiding Li Chang's gaze.
"Don't be stubborn." Li Chang frowned slightly. "You are still a patient," he whispered as his hand lingered around the latter's hip, sending a faint shiver down Xie Fang's spine.
"You!" Xie Fang's voice sharpened unconsciously. He shot Li Chang a sharp look, silently warning him to go, but instead of letting go, the mischievous doctor chuckled.
"Me what?" He asked, hand still on the hip. Mrs. Xie, who was beside them, also heard Xie Fang's scream. She looked at the pair standing far too close.
