I remained quiet.
I'd known for ages that Aileen wasn't some innocent victim. During our time with the Watson family, she constantly plotted against me—sometimes openly, other times from the shadows.
If someone had warned me earlier that Aileen would sink this low—harming others and herself just to grab power and status—I would've been stunned. Now? It seemed par for the course.
When Aileen manipulated Ridley and Lukas into framing me for that hit-and-run, she had one target: keeping me away from the lead dancer competition.
Aileen was ruthless—she never gave anyone an escape route. Dealing with someone like her, I figured nothing could shock me anymore.
Floryn's fingers found mine, her face showing both concern and uncertainty. "Ana, would you mind visiting Aileen at the jail? I need you to give her something from me."
I hesitated briefly before responding, "Floryn, what message do you want me to pass along?"
