The exiled beast hissed loud enough for its awful breath to fan violently against the already disturbed surface of the Immortal Sea.
It's bad breath reaching the Black Dragon who merely closed his eyes and waited until the awful odor subsided.
He reopened his gaze and watched as the venomous beast also learned how to move on water by slithering across it like a ripple that moves on a straight line.
Apart from the beast's little intelligence and heavy dislike by its creators, there were many other reasons that foresee it ending up dead sooner than it should.
The Twin Serpent was one the first divine beasts ever formed by the Gods and taken care of. Technically, its lifespan or life expectancy should triple that of the immortals.
But sadly, the Black Dragon slightly shook its head at the ignorant beast.
Today was the day the beast will taste what death feels like.
