Approximately five hours until sunset, somewhere beneath Destiny Peak. The powerful waves of the Immortal Sea rolled over like a blanket against the shore, washing over rocks of all sizes rooted along the banks of the sea.
Staring a bit further from the shore, a bright golden energy hovered above the unconscious and broken form of Xueyao. Draining most of its power into her as it fought a long battle in stopping all internal and external injuries, repairing all broken bones and ruptured spiritual vessels and keeping the girl in the right condition to eventually regain consciousness.
The golden energy, now faintly vibrating with its unique power, was lucky enough to act and prevent the fall that was sure to guarantee her demise from being too critical. It reduced the magnitude of the impact of the fall but all previous injuries before the fall could not be prevented by it. So, the best thing it did was transferring all the spiritual energy it currently possessed to heal the girl.
