It was another day at Hogwarts, except it didn't feel right. But Harry understood why. Last year was the War of Hogwarts, and a lot of things changed…
Harry was laying against a tree, sleeping away, peacefully. The breeze was soft and the smell of the fresh air was soothing to him. Ever since Sirius and Lupin died Harry has no where else to go except for the Dursley's, but hey at least he doesn't have to deal with them for a while.Draco walked up to Harry who was just laying there peacefully. Draco didn't want to disturb him but he had to wake him up. Draco did the only thing he could think of. He lightly tapped him on the shoulder. It gave Harry a slight startle but he woke up. Harry looked up to see the blonde boy's gray eyes staring at him. They stayed like that in silence for quite some time until Draco broke the connection. 'Ahem'
"Anyway, Professor McGonagal wanted me to come get you so we can go into the great hall to hear a very important announcement." Draco said, turning towards Harry.
"O-O-Okay Harry said, looking away trying to hide his face from Draco since Harry could feel his cheeks heat up with a light shade of red forming across his face.
Draco looked at Harry all confused and asked, " Scarhead are you alright?"
Harry looked at Draco and said "Yeah I'm fine."
Draco looked confused and said " You look a bit…flustered, Are you sure you're okay?"
Harry hid his face again, "Yep I'm fine now lets go" Draco stood up and held out his hand to Harry.
Harry looked dumbfounded by Draco's action. "Are you just gonna sit there or grab my hand, Potter?"
"Oh, yeah sorry" Harry grabs Draco's hand and realizes that Draco has soft hands but they're firm while Harry thought about this he tried to hide the blush. While Draco grabs Harry's hand he pulls him into the courtyard but suddenly stops and looks behind him. "What are you looking at Malfoy?"
"Stay here Potter."
"W-W-Why!?"
"You forgot something."
"I did?"
"Yeah"
Draco walks over to where Harry was sleeping and finds a pill bottle that says Happy Pills…
"Potter… Do you take Happy Pills?!"
"M-M-M-Malfoy, what are you doing with those!? Give them back!"
"Why should I? I mean you're the Chosen One, you have a perfect life, you get everything you want so why do you need these?"
"Why do I need them? Why do I need them you ask!? I need them because, MY LIFE ISN'T PERFECT OKAY?!?! JUST BECAUSE I AM THE CHOSEN ONE DOESN'T MEAN EVERYTHING IS PERFECT!! I GET ABU$ED AT HOME, I DO THE COOKING, CLEANING, HECK IVE BEEN DOING EVERYTHING SINCE I WAS FOUR! I HAVE BEEN NEGLECTED AND TREATED HARSHLY! I'VE BEEN /// SINCE I WAS 5 AND I GET B∑AT CONSTANTLY! SO NO MY LIFE ISN'T PERFECT AND YOU DON'T MAKE IT ANY BETTER!! I GET THR∑ATEND, JUST BECAUSE I'M BISEXUAL!!! SO NO!!! …Malfoy, my life isn't perfect…! It never has and never will be…." Harry sighed, glancing away while holding back painful tears.
"I didn't know—… Harry, I'm sorry…"
"…Of course you didn't, because all you care about is yourself and your stupid, precious freaking life."
Harry snatches his Happy Pills from Draco and starts to storm off but before could get farther Draco grabbed his arm and pulled him back into a hug.
"I am sorry Potter, for assuming how your life was…. I was wondering if you wanted to have a truce. I mean—… this 'being enemies' thing is kind of childish. It's okay if you don't want to, though I understand…. I know it's kind of short term."
"It's fine Malfoy…. I shouldn't have snapped like that."
Harry suddenly started to uncontrollably sob in Draco's arms, unable to hold back the tears anymore. Then, of course, Cedric Diggory walked outside. He saw Harry, not knowing what was happening, but running to Harry anyway.
"Harry are you alright?! Look at me. I am going to help you."
Cedric looks at Harry and grabs his chin to make Harry look at Cedric. Because of this action it made Draco jealous and scowl under his breath. Cedric turns and looks at Draco.
