Second Hokage Tobirama: Fool. The announcement is still active, and the visual broadcast about Ōnoki was paused. That means Raikage A hasn't chosen "No"—he just hasn't made his decision yet.
Madara @Raikage A: What's wrong? Chickening out? You were trash-talking me just a minute ago. Now you're gonna slap yourself in the face that quickly? If you're gonna get humiliated, at least let me do it personally. It's no fun watching you do it yourself.
Izuna @Raikage A: Hurry up and click 'Yes'! My Nii-san's been waiting!
Hashirama @Madara: Madara! Be careful! He has the 100% Accuracy Thousand Years of Death. I bet the reason he's stalling is because he's customizing your spiked club as we speak.

Raikage A: "So what you're saying is... I've got zero chance. Is that it?"
Mabui: "That's not what I meant! It's just that... our village really needs you."
Raikage A: "Got it. As the Raikage, I must put the village first."
With that—
The Fourth Raikage chose "No."
Then, everyone in the chat received the system message:
[System Announcement]: Uchiha Madara chose "Yes"; Fourth Raikage A chose "No." The duel arrangement is canceled.
The crowd didn't even have time to roast Raikage A.

Ōtsutsuki Kaguya and Madara were already feeling disappointed.
