This chapter serves as a supplement to the main reading of the current chapters and therefore contains spoilers about the world of Heaven Breaker.
Primordial Force
In short, it is a mix of elemental bending (Avatar) and Nen (HxH).
It is an energy produced and consumed by living beings — and it determines their life expectancy.
Combat application: Through specific movements, similar to martial arts or dances, it is possible to guide the energy through the body in order to strengthen a particular attack.
Magical application: It is possible to transform this energy into other forms; however, this requires intimate knowledge of what one wishes to transform it into.
This knowledge is usually acquired during evolution, provided that minimum requirements are met.
Most living beings do not create abilities using Primordial Force; they merely use it without understanding it.
Skill development process: Exposure to what one wishes to transform Primordial Force into. Training to create metal, for example, might require licking metal, eating metal, and so on for at least several decades. Likewise, learning to use lightning would require being subjected to electric shocks.
Limitations:
Primordial Force requires perfectly executed movements to properly guide the energy; otherwise, the energy will flow to the wrong place. Additionally, it has minimum physical integrity requirements to be used, since it demands movement — without movement, control over the power is lost.
