Chapter 42 - The Calm Storm

Hwang Siyeok slid into the driver's seat of his motorcycle, the engine purring like a predator awakened. It wasn't just any bike — a custom, luxury machine, sleek, powerful, and silent to all but the keenest ear. The leather grip fit his hands perfectly, a perfect extension of his precision.

Shy Suya and Hwang Mina remained hidden behind him, their eyes wide with worry. "Hwang… be careful…" Mina whispered, her voice trembling.

"I am calm," Hwang said, voice steady as steel. "Watch closely, and stay quiet."

The streets ahead were dark, but he already knew what awaited him. Hundreds of millions of enemies — William Shake's elite network — had converged on the warehouse. Knives, guns, explosives, even nuclear-grade weaponry. The sheer scale would have crushed anyone else. Anyone else.

Hwang Siyeok's green eyes narrowed. The calm within him deepened, colder, sharper, more precise than ever. He revved the engine. The bike responded instantly, a seamless extension of his will. Every movement, every breath, every thought was calculated.

The enemies attacked first. Waves of bullets and knives streaked toward him. Explosions lit the night. A nuclear device detonated in the distance, sending shockwaves that would have flattened mountains.

Hwang didn't flinch. Not a muscle twitched. Not a single breath escaped him in panic. His body moved as if choreographed by infinity itself. Every strike, every shot, every explosion was irrelevant. They could not touch him. Not a scratch. Not a graze. His durability had become infinite — nothing could harm him.

His speed combined all possibilities — beyond human, beyond perception. To the enemies, he became a ghost. A storm. A force that existed everywhere and nowhere at once. They tried to coordinate, to overwhelm him, but it was meaningless. Every attack was anticipated, every move countered before it began.

Shy Suya's hand trembled as she watched. "H-Hwang… he… he's… terrifying…"

Hwang Mina clung to his side, tears in her eyes. "Brother… save us…"

Hwang Siyeok's calm deepened further, almost serene, almost divine. He spoke softly, almost to himself: "I am Hwang Siyeok. And you will see the truth of your limits."

In a blink — a single heartbeat — the 500 million enemies were gone. Dissolved. Disintegrated. Erased with precision no one could comprehend. Not one survived. The night was silent. The air trembled with the echoes of their own disbelief.

Then William Shake stepped forward, smirk still on his face. "You… can't…"

Before the words fully formed, Hwang Siyeok was already there. His movements were 0.1 milliseconds — faster than thought, faster than light in perception. William could not see him, could not react.

It was over in an instant. One strike, perfectly precise, and William Shake fell. No struggle. No fight. Just the unrelenting certainty of infinite skill, infinite speed, infinite durability.

Shy Suya and Mina blinked, too stunned to speak. Hwang Siyeok removed his helmet, hair falling perfectly over his shoulders, green eyes cold yet calm. "This ends now," he said softly.

The world had barely registered the storm that had passed. All enemies — gone. William Shake — gone. And yet, Hwang Siyeok remained fully human. Calm. Collected. Untouched.

He looked at his sister and Shy Suya, his voice warm, but eyes sharp as blades. "We are safe. Always."

And in that moment, the legend of Hwang Siyeok — the human beyond all limits — was fully revealed.
