Sir Jin was stretching, one leg practically above his head (show-off), when a young page burst in:
"Sir Jin! Sir Alex! Did you hear? Lady Seraphine predicted a national tragedy!"
Sir Jin froze mid-stretch. Then slowly—very slowly—lowered his leg.
"A… tragedy?" he whispered, face paling.
"Yes," the young page nodded his head. "They call her the TITANIC expert."
Sir Alex raised a brow. "How do you know the name?"
"It's all over the royal news, sir!" The young page sat, and told them about the rumours that spread all around the kingdom.
Sir Jin's voice cracked with terror. He grabbed Sir Alex's armor sleeve. "WHAT IF TWILIGHT COMES TRUE NEXT? HUH? What if shimmering vampires start flirting with humans?! What if a giant purple titan snaps half the world away?! What if a boy with a lightning-shaped scar becomes a dark wizard?!"
Sir Alex inhaled deeply—long-suffering, exhausted, resigned. "Jin… breathe."
