"Wyvern? The massive dungeon boss?" Tyler paused mid-breath.
Ferdinand lowered his voice. "The Wyvern was with Lady Seraphine. As… a pet."
The Duke's fury snapped. "Imposible!" He hurled the glass at the wall. It shattered, wine streaking the wood like slashes of crimson. Mercenaries outside went silent at the sound.
"A Wyvern? As a PET?" Tyler snarled, rounding on the old warrior. "Do I look STUPID to you, Ferdinand?"
The half-blind man didn't flinch—he'd faced far worse in his years.
"It's true, my lord," he said evenly. "My spy saw it himself. They were in the Wyvern Dungeon. Lady Seraphine tamed the dungeon boss. Controlled it."
"Impossible!" Tyler paced the room, fury radiating off him. "Wyverns don't bow to anyone! They are ungovernable! Untamable! Especially by that—fat—irritating—nobody!"
He slammed his palm on the table, rattling the maps.
