Tolu stormed into Mike's office, slamming the door behind her. She was pissed. Hell, she was beyond pissed.
She was totally, absolutely, irrevocably, enraged.
Mike looked up from his computer with a bland look on his face.
"What's up?" he asked.
"Can you believe this? I was summoned by HR. I thought it was weird when I saw their mail, but I went. And then they had the fucking guts to tell me what I was fired. Fired! For no reason at all. I did not do any fucking thing! I have been working here for years. I am damn good at my job. I don't poke my nose in other people's business. They should have given me a fucking promotion. They have no right to fire me," she yelled, not caring if the other people on the office floor could hear her.
Tears were sliding down her face too, and even though she was mad, Tolu was also hurt by the turn of events.
She was scared too.
