"Let's go, Minho!" Kitty looked at Peter and Lara Jean, who were patiently waiting downstairs.
"I'm just putting on my facial cream then I'm coming down!" Minho called.
"Facial cream?" Peter looked confused.
Kitty shook her head. Minho came down, rushing, feeling guilty for keeping everyone waiting.
"Alright, let's go house shopping!"
The house was spacious: four bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, a huge living room connecting to the kitchen and dining area, and a big backyard. Kitty already imagined family gatherings full of dancing and laughter.
"So, how did Lara Jean get engaged again?" Minho asked.
Kitty explained the romantic proposal at the lacrosse field, with flowers, lights, and Peter's banner: 'Are you gonna break my heart, Covey?'
Minho asked, "Would you like a romantic gesture like that when I propose to you?"
Kitty's mind raced: Of course I see him in my future… but he does too?
"I love you," she finally whispered.
"I love you too, Kitty," he replied, smiling.
