"Stop that!" Lorraine scolded Princess Marina.
"Stop that!" Lorraine repeated firmly.
"You did your best, you loved your people, you proved that you were a good leader time and time again, all you did was fall in love!" Lorraine said sadly
"How can?" Lorraine asked with tears in her eyes.
"How can it be your fault?" Lorraine asked sadly.
"I shouldn't have been greedy." Princess Marina said and Lorraine shook her head.
"I shouldn't have been outstanding." Princess Marina said and Lorraine shook her head even more.
"I should have loved my people a little less so stories about me wouldn't have reached that kingdom." Princess Marina said and tears dropped from Lorraine's eyes.
"I should have been small and unseen then maybe," Princess Marina said before pausing.
"Then maybe my life wouldn't have turned out like this." Princess Marina said as tears rolled down her eyes.
"I have tried so hard to live a life that I think is right but everything I do seems to upset people." Princess Marina said with a broken look in her eyes.
"Forestina who I had considered my blood sister accused me of being the bane of her existence and now my sister, Princess Zarya is doing the same so could you please tell me what I am doing wrong?" Princess Marina asked Lorraine brokenly.
"Am I really that much of an attention seeker?" Princess Marina asked Lorraine with tears in her eyes.
"No." Lorraine said, holding Princess Marina's hands.
"My Princess is too kind." Lorraine said hugging Princess Marina.
"My Princess always puts people before herself and my Princess tries hard to understand the jealousy of others." Lorraine said as she pulled away from the hug and grabbed Princess Marina's shoulders.
"You have done nothing wrong." Lorraine said firmly and Princess Marina cried herself to sleep.
The next morning, the curtains were drawn back by four maids and sunlight flooded into the room of the third star of the empire. Estile, Princess Marina's caretaker, having been briefed of Princess Marina's foul mood by the maids that Princess Marina sent out the night before hurried to Princess Marina's bed to check on her condition.
As she approached Princess Marina, Estile noticed the red rings around her eyes and the dried tear tracks upon her face. Removing the hair around Princess Marina's face to see her Princess Marina's face clearly, Estile looked at Princess Marina with sadness in her eyes.
"Inform the cook that Princess Marina will not be available for breakfast with the sun and moon and the two stars of the empire." Estile told a maid with black straight her and green eyes.
"Understood but what do we say if they ask us the reason why she can't make it?" the maid with black hair and green eyes asked Estile.
"Tell them that she hasn't been feeling well since last night and she will head down for a late breakfast after checking her condition." said Estile.
"Understood." the maid with black hair and green eyes said before bowing and walking out of the room.
"Prepare the bath." Estile ordered Lorraine and Lorraine nodded before disappearing.
"The two of you should pick out the best dress that you can find." Estile ordered to the two maids closest to her.
"I want you to pick out jewelry that matches the dress and I want you to go to the kitchen in search of the tea that Princess Marina likes." Estile said, ordering the last two maids.
As everyone dispersed, Estile turned her head to the girl who she was sure cried herself to sleep and carefully woke her up.
Sometime later
Princess Marina was disassembling another device in her thinkering room with Lorraine beside her. Removing the metal that she had poked holes in from the device she wore as a bracelet to the temple, Princess Marina moved the metal into a small box.
"Are you sure about this?" Lorraine asked in confusion as Princess Marina's hands worked busily.
"It's such a small box?" Lorraine asked in confusion as she stared at the small box
"Well this small box can make you sound like anyone as long as you have their voice inside this." Princess Marina said as she pointed to the metal that she had poked holes in.
Unconvinced, Lorraine watched as Princess Marina finished working on the small box and brought it to her lips.
Whispering into the box, Princess Marina said "You there!" but the voice that came out of the box wasn't hers but Elaria Morando's.
