Chapter 66 - Chapter 66 Burn, Big Bald Head!

Mai Ge glanced at the gold coins in Sargeras's hand, there were indeed exactly thirteen. Considering that Sargeras had just asked for ten Rou Jia Mo, it seemed that he hadn't brought enough money today, and he couldn't help but chuckle.

The guests waiting outside saw that the expected chaotic scene did not occur, and a small-eyed man came out with a satisfied look and strolled away. It seemed that there was no problem inside the restaurant. After hesitating for a moment, they pushed open the restaurant door and went in.

"Boss! I think that's a bit unfair of you. You're charging me ten gold coins for a wooden chair. I could buy one for less than two gold coins. How about this, I'll just give you four gold coins, and give me two Rou Jia Mo for the remaining six gold coins." Sargeras's voice suddenly rose, and he stared at Mai Ge with his red eyes.

He's never been one to control his emotions with men, and he's only talking to Mai Ge now because of the Rou Jia Mo. Otherwise, he should be holding a big fireball right now.

The two men who had just entered saw the somewhat enraged lava troll and quickly shrank to the side. However, upon hearing Sargeras's words, they were taken aback. It seemed that this was yet another demon whose stomach had been conquered by Boss Mai.

This demon was haggling with a human over two more Rou Jia Mo. He wasn't far from losing his dreams.

The fact that even demons would lower themselves to ask for a Rou Jia Mo raised their expectations even higher. They took a few steps inside, sat down in an empty seat, and waited for Mai Ge to handle things first.

Mai Ge was not intimidated by Sargeras's imposing manner at all. He shook his head and said, "I'm sorry, all the tables and chairs in the restaurant are custom made. Moreover, to enhance the visual effect, all the tables and chairs are made from the same tree. Different chairs would disrupt this effect, so they are unacceptable. The price for custom made chairs is ten gold coins."

This wood came from the depths of the Wind Forest. Even a single log would fetch a high price in the capital of the Los Empire. Now, in order to match the overall style of this restaurant, selling it for ten gold coins is a completely reasonable price.

If it weren't for the fact that the system could acquire so many valuable items, Mai Ge wouldn't hesitate to sell it for a hundred gold coins. He was just a little worried that the elves might recognize it, perhaps because it was something like a sacred tree.

Upon hearing this, the guests in the restaurant all had their eyes light up and couldn't help but look down at the chairs they were sitting on and the tables next to them. They hadn't noticed before, but now they realized that the growth rings on every wooden table were exactly the same, and even the stripes were identical. No wonder the arrangement of the tables and chairs in the entire restaurant seemed so natural and harmonious at first glance.

What surprised everyone even more was that the restaurant had a total of sixteen tables and sixty four chairs, all made from the same large tree. What an enormous tree it must have been! They couldn't find a tree like that anywhere around the Chaos City.

Even if they did exist deep in the remote mountains, the cost of logging, transporting them out, and then making them all into identical tables and chairs would certainly cost a lot of money.

Such an extravagance was used only as tables and chairs for restaurant guests making them feel respected and pampered while enjoying their meals.

Three gold coins for a La Zhi Rou Jia Mo is too expensive? No! Eating such a delicious Rou Jia Mo in a restaurant like this, even six gold coins would be a treat!

Many people already felt this way, their gazes falling on the other decorations in the restaurant. If the tables and chairs were so exquisite, the other seemingly refined decorations must be even more extraordinary.

But then they thought about it again and couldn't help but be a little more careful while sitting down, since breaking anything in the restaurant would probably cost them a lot of money.

Mai Ge's words to Sargeras unintentionally elevated the restaurant's image and taste in everyone's eyes. People who had the spare money to come early in the morning for a Rou Jia Mo that cost three gold coins were mostly people who had already moved beyond the stage of struggling to make a living and had begun to pay attention to the quality of life.

"I! I..." Sargeras's flames suddenly erupted again, he seemed really angry, he stuffed the half-eaten Rou Jia Mo in his mouth and swallowed it, and the flames on his body burned even brighter.

This time, however, he had learned his lesson. He knew to stay away from the table and the door, since those things looked more expensive than the chair. He glared at Mai Ge and prepared to pull out a big fireball to scare him.

In his eyes, there was no difference between chairs. Mai Ge was just spouting nonsense, trying to rip him off, and he wouldn't accept that.

"Big Bald Head, you'd better listen to my Daddy, or I'll burn you with fireballs." Amy, who was standing in front of Mai Ge, squatted down and put the Ugly Duckling on the ground. She looked up at Sargeras, who was covered in lava and flames, and said seriously.

"Little girl, step aside. This is a matter between adults." Sargeras said in a hoarse voice, looking at Amy standing in front of Mai Ge with a sense of restraint.

The guests were all a little nervous at the sight. Compared to Sargeras, who was engulfed in flames and whose exposed skin was covered with lava grooves and looked somewhat frightening, the tiny Amy and the thin and weak Mai Ge seemed to have no resistance at all.

Mo Bai also frowned and turned his head, but there wasn't much worry in his eyes. The fireball that Amy casually released that day made Ha Beng back down. Boss Mai doesn't seem like a fool either, and he certainly wouldn't put himself in a dangerous situation.

"Sigh, I just can't do anything with you guys. Why can't you just behave?" Amy sighed, stretched out her little hand, and a ball of blue purple flame suddenly rose up, then slowly condensed into a fireball the size of a small fist in her hand. Looking at Sargeras with a serious expression, she said, "Eat, pay up, or you'll all be burned to death!"

"Are you planning to burn me with such a tiny flame?" Sargeras chuckled as he looked at the small fireball in Amy's hand. He then looked up at Mai Ge and frowned, saying, "Boss, you're a grown man, are you just going to hide behind your little daughter?"

"My Daddy is very powerful, but collecting money is my job, so burn, Big Bald Head!" Before Mai Ge could speak, Amy said somewhat angrily, and with a wave of her hand, the blue purple fireball in her hand flew towards Sargeras.

"Heh." Sargeras looked at the small fireball, which was not much bigger than his thumb, without showing any concern. He simply stretched out his right hand and casually grabbed it, intending to extinguish it in one swipe.

However, the blue purple fireball exploded the moment it touched Sargeras's hand!
