A/N: I read some of your comments about Loki being an idiot for trying to challenge Guy this early, and a lot of them were hilarious š.
But you must also remember that Loki spent a lot of his time in the Underworld being the strongest alongside Noir. So he genuinely believes he can defeat Guy.
Of course we readers know that it's impossible, but he genuinely believes he can.

The ruins of Guy's castle groaned under the weight of chaos. Shattered stone and splintered wood littered the hall. Dust and shards of ice floated lazily in the air, disturbed only by the brewing storm of Magicules. Rain and Misery stood side by side, faces grim, their aura blazing like twin torches of determination.
Across from them, Loki, standing casually amidst the rubble and stretched one arm behind his back. His hair caught the dim light leaking through the broken ceiling, and a faint smirk curved his lips.
"If⦠you're really going to fight me," he said, voice light as if commenting on a casual stroll. "You better take this serious, or you really will die."
Rain's fist glowed with her magicules. "We're not fools, Loki! You've already destroyed so much in this castle, and now you're aiming for Guy-sama himself! We won't let you walk away unscathed!"
Misery, standing slightly behind Rain, exhaled slowly. Her hands glowed with magic. "You underestimate us, Loki. That will be your mistake."
Loki tilted his head, casually flexing a finger. "Underestimate? Oh, don't worry. I just want to have some fun⦠if you two want me to take you serious, then make me do it."
In an instant, Rain launched herself forward. The air itself screamed in protest as she moved, a blur of speed and energy, fists aiming directly at Loki's chest.
Loki lazily sidestepped, his movement smooth, effortless. Rain's punch tore through air, slamming into a stone pillar behind him and shattering it into chunks.
"He's too fast," Rain muttered, eyes wide. She adjusted midair and spun around, throwing a spinning kick. Loki caught her gaze and, without moving his legs, lightly flicked her away with a single hand. She sailed backward, crashing into a wall, stone and wood splintering beneath her.
Misery's eyes narrowed. "Misery is just a minor inconvenience for him," she whispered.
Loki tilted his head, amused. "Now that's not good. That's just not enough to defeat me."
With that, he casually shifted his stance and lightly flicked a finger toward Misery. Shadows shot out like razor-edged chains, snapping toward her with terrifying speed. Misery leapt and countered with a burst of wind magic, sending shards of stone and ice flying to intercept the attack. The collision rocked the floor, leaving cracks spiraling outward like spiderwebs.
Rain had recovered midair and dove again, this time gathering her Magicules. She swung a fist imbued with raw magical power. Loki, still calm, twisted at the last second, barely moving, and let her fist glide past him. The impact hit the wall behind him, leaving a crater and blasting chunks of stone outward like shrapnel.
The two women landed almost simultaneously, both breathing hard, sweat and faint streaks of blood on their faces from the minor injuries the attacks inflicted on the environment they used as shields.
"Not bad," Loki said, cracking a smile. "You are good at surviving at the very least."
Misery's shadow magic flared, forming a long, jagged spear. "We're not holding back!" she shouted, lunging forward. She thrust the spear at Loki, weaving a complex spell into it. Rain followed, her fists glowing with golden light as she prepared a magical barrage to back Misery up.
Loki, with a smile, saw no danger approach him. He flicked his hand, and the spear crumpled midair like paper, the magic dissipating harmlessly. Rain's barrage approached in waves, each punch cracking the air and shattering part of the castle roof as it flew toward him. Loki waved a hand, forming a faint barrier that absorbed the attacks effortlessly, leaving the floor beneath the incoming barrage pulverized.
He let out a breath and chuckled. "That's good, you two are actually trying now. I like that. But let's turn the fun up a bit, shall we?"
With a casual step, Loki sent both Rain and Misery flying back with a shockwave that tore through the hall. Stone, wood, and remnants of magical constructs exploded outward. Rain hit a wall and slid down, while Misery barely managed to stop her descent with a barrier, leaving cracks across the floor from the force of impact.
Dust settled for a heartbeat, and then Loki grinned. "Alright, my turn."
He lifted a hand lazily, and a weapon began to materialize in a glow of pure energy. A massive, jagged greatsword, the size of a small tower, shimmered into existence in his grasp. The aura radiating from it alone threatened to collapse the castle.
Rain and Misery stared, eyes wide.
"That⦠if he swings that he will destroy the entire castle!" Rain shouted.
"I can't let himā" Misery began, but Loki already moved.
With a swing, the ground below the castle quaked. Pillars cracked, windows shattered, and a gust of wind roared outward like a hurricane. Dust and stone whirled around them as the sheer power of the weapon made the room itself feel like it was bending.
Velzard, who had been observing silently from a distance, finally stirred. Her eyes glowed, the faint shimmer of her power radiating outward. In an instant, she appeared between Loki and the castle, the sheer force of her presence pushing back air and energy alike. As she froze the Sword in place.
"Stop."
Her voice cut through the roar of destruction like a blade. The energy in the castle paused, and Loki's swing froze midair.
Rain and Misery looked on in awe and fear. The calm, unwavering gaze of Velzard dwarfed even Loki's presence.
Loki narrowed his eyes and his smile dissappeared. "Don't get in my way, Dragon."
Velzard's eyes didn't waver. "This is no longer a game. That weapon will destroy this castle. That is not acceptable. I will not allow you to continue."
Loki's smiled. "Will not allow me to continue. Who are you, my mother? That's fine then, I can just fight all three of you."
He de-materialized the weapon in a swirl of energy. The air relaxed slightly, though the castle still groaned under the damage already done.
Rain exhaled, trembling but resolute. "He's, trying to fight Velzard-sama ā¦"
Misery's eyes narrowed. "Is he crazy!?"
Velzard's eyes never left Loki. "You are certainly missing a ton of respect aren't you. You know who you are talking to yet you still use that tone."
Loki laughed softly. "Yes. I only give my respect to those who can best me in battle. And you I'm afraid cannot."
The two women and Loki stood amid the ruin, dust settling, energy crackling faintly in the air. The battle had shown them just how wide the gap was between Primordials and Primordials at the very top.
Yet even with defeat looming, determination burned in their eyes.
Velzard's calm gaze lingered on Loki, curiosity and evaluation in her eyes. "You⦠truly believe yourself on the same level as Guy and Noir,"
Loki smirked. "I don't see why I should not. If anything, I'm sure I'm stronger than guy."
