A few moments later, Zonda entered the room carrying a bottle of fine wine. He approached Ultima's side with careful steps and began pouring the wine into her glass.
After he was done pouring he spoke.
"Violet-sama," he said softly, "now the meal is complete."
Ultima smiled, taking the glass into her hands. She gently swirled the liquid, watching it dance inside the glass before taking a delicate sip. Her eyes lit up, and a genuine smile spread across her face.
"Really… This wine. It's the best!" she said, voice bright with satisfaction. She then turned to the servant fanning her. "Fan faster you incompetent demon." she said.
The servant, startled, nodded quickly. "Yes, Violet-sama," and immediately increased the pace, fluttering the fan more vigorously.
"Honestly, more of you should be like Chef and actually complete tasks I assign to you with utmost efficiency" Ultima said.
Veryon and Zonda had the same thought. Make up your mind Violet-sama. Who exactly is your favorite.
Ultima then placed her glass down, picked up her fork and knife, and cut a bite of her food. Her eyes sparkled as she tasted it.
"Tasty!" she exclaimed with a huge smile.
Zonda, standing nearby, smiled faintly to himself. As long as his lord is satisfied, he is satisfied.
She continued to eat elegantly, her movements light and graceful. Her feet, which didn't quite reach the floor, twirled slightly as she enjoyed each bite. Once she finished her dish, a servant hurried over with a napkin and gently wiped her mouth.
Ultima, after the meal and getting cleaned up she turned her gaze to Veyron.
"Well then, Butler… you were saying?"
Veyron straightened himself, composing his expression.
"Yes, Violet-sama," he replied, voice measured, "as I was saying… the demon in question seemed weird."
"Weird you say. What do you mean weird?" Ultima asked curiously.
Veryon said "When I say weird. I mean he had a different lineage."
Ultima said "Different lineage. Do you mean he is not from Diablo's lineage. Well I see how that could be weird, but it's not that out of place for Diablo."
Veyron said "No, Violet-sama. When I say he had a different lineage. I mean he had a different lineage. He was from none of the Primordials lineage."
Ultima's interest peaked.
"Completely different lineage, you say? How is that possible?"
Veyron continued, still calm but firm.
"Even I'm not sure how exactly this is possible. But I am certain of what I saw. That demon had Maroon sclera."
Ultima's eyes narrowed thoughtfully.
"Maroon sclera… But none of us Primordials have maroon. Is there a Primordial I do not know about?"
From the side, Zonda spoke quietly.
"I don't think so, Violet-sama. In fact, I am certain that no Primordial exists beyond the seven we already know."
Ultima's frown deepened.
"Then… how?"
Veyron shook his head slightly.
"Even I'm not sure, Violet-sama. But there is a lot going on here, that much is certain."
Ultima fell silent, lost in thought, her gaze distant as she pondered the implications of a demon unlike any she had seen before.
Violet then suddenly rose from her seat, her expression resolute.
"Okay," she declared, her voice ringing in the grand hall. "I've decided. I'm going to that weirdo Noir. Butler… where is he?"
Veyron's eyes widened, panic flashing across his face.
"No, no! Violet-sama… I forgot to mention this," he said quickly. "But Noir saw me watching him from afar when i was trailing him. He then telepathically told me to warn you that if you disturb him within the next two years, he will eliminate you and your entire lineage."
Ultima scoffed, tilting her head back slightly.
"Who the hell does he think he's threatening? Does he think I'm scared of him? I'm not scared of him."
Veyron's voice was measured, though worry lingered.
"Yes, Violet-sama, I know you are not scared of him and you might be able to fight him off… but I can't say the same for everyone else."
Ultima's eyes gleamed with determination.
"Do I look like I care about others Butler. I don't care, so shut up and take me to Noir."
Veyron let out a long sigh.
"Very well, Violet-sama."
Zonda piped up from the side.
"Can I come as well, Violet-sama?"
Ultima turned her gaze toward him, her expression unreadable.
"Do as you please," she said simply.

Back in Diablo's training grounds, Haru and Diablo faced each other across the vast ruins. The battle had lasted for three days, a relentless, high-speed clash of strength, skill, and cunning.
Haru began once again, launching a thin, razor-like Cleave slash at Diablo from a distance, the energy flying with blinding speed. Diablo tilted his head, casually dodging as if the attack were nothing more than a breeze, a faint smile on his face.
Haru followed up with another Cleave slash, this one arcing high toward Diablo's shoulder. Diablo teleported in an instant, landing gracefully behind Haru. Before Haru could react, Diablo's clawed hand tapped his back lightly, sending him flying forward forward.
Haru rolled back to his feet and switched to hand-to-hand, lunging with a straight punch aimed at Diablo's chest. Diablo danced aside, deflecting the blow with the gauntlet and countering with a flick of his wrist that sent Haru sliding across the ground.
Determined, Haru used a combination: he fired off two Cleave slashes in rapid succession as a distraction, then dashed forward, attempting a spinning kick to Diablo's ribs. Diablo caught the kick effortlessly, twisting his body and flipping Haru onto the ground again. Haru sprang up immediately, launching a series of quick strikes, elbows and knees, his body moving faster than ever.
Diablo sidestepped, blocked, and lightly countered, all with effortless precision. He lightly tapped Haru's arm with the gauntlet, sending him spinning backward. Every step, every movement, every strike felt like play for Diablo, yet Haru kept coming, slowly learning to predict his patterns, adjusting, pushing closer and closer.
Haru's next move was bold. He feinted a low kick, then lunged forward with a forward shoulder strike and a rising punch combination. Diablo blocked the shoulder with his claw and deflected the punch with his gauntlet, teleporting behind Haru once more. Diablo's eyes sparkled with amusement.
"It took you three days to make this battle just a little more exciting." Diablo said lightly, placing just enough force to test Haru's timing.
Haru gritted his teeth and dashed, using two Cleave slashes simultaneously to distract Diablo's vision. In that instant, Haru closed the gap and threw a straight punch at Diablo's midsection, followed immediately by a shoulder charge.
Diablo did not fully evade. Haru's fist connected cleanly with Diablo's chest. A shockwave ran up Haru's arm, and Diablo tilted slightly, impressed despite himself. Haru staggered back, gasping, a triumphant grin spreading across his face.
"I… I did it, I landed a blow" he whispered, disbelief and pride mingling.
Diablo smiled, placing a hand lightly on Haru's shoulder. "Finally. And just in time as well. We have trouble.
