Harry awoke with a start, his sheets twisted around him, his heart hammering. Sweat glistened on his forehead as images of a massive, slithering Basilisk attacking Arthur Weasley lingered in his mind.
Without thinking, he rushed through the corridors of Hogwarts and found Professor McGonagall, who immediately saw the panic in his eyes.
"Harry, calm down. Tell me what happened," she said gently, placing a steadying hand on his shoulder.
Harry recounted the nightmare: the cold scales, the crushing force of the serpent, and Arthur trapped under its deadly fangs. McGonagall's eyes widened, and she didn't hesitate.
"We need to go to the Principal's office. Now," she said, guiding him swiftly through the castle. At the gargoyle guarding the entrance, she whispered the password: "Yaksha." The stone moved aside, and they entered.
Inside, Roy was buried under a mountain of paperwork, quills flying and parchment scattered. His sharp gaze softened when he saw Harry, and before a word was spoken, he handed him a steaming cup of hot chocolate.
"Calm down, Harry. Drink this and tell me exactly what you saw," Roy said, his voice steady and commanding, yet reassuring.
Harry took a sip, breathing deeply, and explained the vision of the Basilisk attacking Arthur. Roy listened carefully, then spoke to the portrait of Phineus Black hanging on the wall.
"Check the Ministry and see if Arthur Weasley is in any danger. I want an immediate status report."
Almost immediately, Professor McGonagall returned with Ginny Weasley, and the portrait of Phineus Black spoke up.
"Arthur Weasley is safe. He is injured, yes, but only petrified. No life-threatening danger," the portrait reported.
Roy's eyes blazed with controlled fury. His Conqueror's Haki flared instinctively, spreading an invisible killing intent across the entire Hogwarts castle, the sheer force so intense that Harry, Ginny, and McGonagall could feel it pressing down on them. Even Professor Umbridge, if present in the castle, would have felt the overwhelming authority emanating from him.
Roy took a deep breath, then focused, letting the Haki dissipate. Calm returned to the room. Harry, Ginny, and McGonagall, who had been tense under its weight, relaxed immediately.
Roy knelt down slightly and pulled Ginny close in a comforting hug. "It's going to be alright. I promise you, she's safe. I'll handle this."
He straightened, giving Harry a firm but reassuring glance. "You both go. Trust me to take care of everything here."
Harry nodded, relief washing over him, and together with Ginny and Professor McGonagall, they left the Principal's office, leaving Roy to marshal his powers and protect Hogwarts, a silent storm of determination ready to strike at anything that threatened those under his care.
