The moment he walked through the door, every fiber of my being became acutely aware of his presence. He commanded attention without even trying, though I could tell he was deliberately avoiding my gaze. That was fine by me because it gave me the perfect opportunity to drink him in without restraint.
Caleb Dolf was absolutely devastating.
His charcoal suit molded to his frame like it had been tailored by angels, every sculpted muscle evident beneath the expensive fabric. My pulse quickened as he moved with predatory grace across the room. His dark hair fell in waves past his shoulders, creating an unexpected softness that contrasted sharply with his otherwise fierce appearance.
When his eyes finally met mine, the air left my lungs completely. Those mismatched irises held me captive, rendering me utterly helpless.
