"Their inheritance laws mirror those of Stone Hollow Pack exactly. I had the Archives verified twice to confirm whether you ever encountered Thor's father regarding potential modifications to their succession protocols, but there's no record of such a meeting." I provide him with the complete answer he's seeking.
"Thor was legally prohibited from acknowledging his bond with Lily, and assuming leadership with a chosen mate was equally impossible. The poor bastard was trapped no matter which path he chose." Collin's observation cuts straight to the heart of the matter.
