After watching the others disappear into their assigned suites, I descended the staircase to the floor below where my team waited.
"Everyone in the hallway, now." My voice carried the authority that came with my position as I shut the door firmly behind me. Within seconds, the entire security detail stood at attention in perfect formation, exactly as I had trained them.
"Some of you witnessed what happened when we arrived at the hotel, and I need to make this official." I began, my gaze sweeping across their faces. "Prince Chaim has found his destined mate." The announcement hung in the air like electricity. Not everyone had been positioned to see Chaim carrying Audrey through the hotel entrance before they vanished into the first available elevator.
