[Madara: "And where did this Hyūga 'strongest in Konoha' nonsense come from?"]
[Izuna: "Tch. Back then our Uchiha had them running for their lives. 'Strongest' my foot."]
[Hiashi: "… …"]
Hiashi read the chat and fell silent.
If we're being honest—put them all together and they'd still struggle to scratch Susanoo.
Obito's voice fell like frost. "Why do you fight? For comrades? For this wretched world?"
Naruto only panted, eyes steady.
"Listen well. Comrades betray. Love rots into hate. The village shunned you. Sasuke turned his back. Even your love for Jiraiya birthed hatred."
His words were knives. Naruto's gaze cooled.
"You and I are the same. Pain piles up until it twists you. And now—you'll drown in even greater pain."
He lectured like a judge passing sentence. In his mind, the Allied Shinobi Forces had zero chance.
Naruto and Sasuke rose together. Golden chakra and violet aura interlaced, silhouettes fusing.
"Because when I say I'll do it, I do it. That's my ninja way," Naruto said, eyes locked on Obito.
"I told you—go to sleep."
"Then you sleep. Tomorrow, if you must. Dreams are earned with your own two hands!"
Violet and gold braided tighter—
—and in a blink, Kurama wore Susanoo armor.
The world stopped to stare.
A nine-tailed titan, now clad in a purple war-plate, stood glimmering beneath the moon. It was unreasonably, criminally cool.
[Himawari: "Dad is so cool!!"]
[Boruto: "The Nine-Tails… has armor now?!"]
[Kurama: "This… brings back unpleasant memories."]
[Hashirama: "Nine-Tails, your power really is too much."]
[Kurama: "SHUT. UP."]
Kurama nearly popped a vein.
"Too strong," he says. Says the guy with a kilometer-tall Buddha who held me like a chick. Ever heard of dignity?
[Naruto (adult): "Easy, Kurama…"]
[Kurama: "I am not calm!"]
[Sarada: "Okay… Dad's a little cool here."]
[Sasuke (adult): "Ahem."]
Out on mission, Sasuke read that twice and—yes—smiled.
Music tightened like a drawn bowstring.
Obito lifted into the sky, looking down with a complicated light in his eyes. In Kamui space, Kakashi peered through Obito's vision and—naturally—started commentating.
Half the chat sighed.
The Truth-Seeking Orbs spun from Obito's back, shaping into two divine tools.
"Whatever you attempt is pointless," he said. "Look up—through that hole. Tell me what you see."
[Itachi: "If you cannot trust your comrades… you are destined to fail."]
[Sasuke: "Nii-san is right."]
[Kisame: "As expected of Itachi-san…"]
"The moon," Obito murmured. "The dream grows near. That moonlit paradise will fill the crater of this hell. At last… it's time."
He raised one of the transformed Orbs.
"This blade—the Sage's divine sword. Its name is Amenonuhoko. With this, you have no path to victory."
Legend says the Sage of Six Paths created the world with this spear-sword. Its power is the wielder's will. The stronger the resolve, the sharper the edge.
By that logic, mortals like Naruto and Sasuke shouldn't stand a chance against Six-Paths Obito.
[Hagoromo: "It's over… the future may truly end here."]
[Hamura: "Calm down, brother. If Infinite Tsukuyomi succeeded, how is there even a 'next generation' watching this?"]
[Itachi: "Right—so how does Six-Paths Obito lose???"]
[Everyone: "???"]
[Izuna: "Now that you mention it—Obito, how did you mess this up?"]
[Madara: "???"]
Madara stared at the feed, genuinely baffled. Six-Paths level. Creation blade in hand. Will a bit firmer and he could probably split a continent. And still lose?
[Boruto: "Hold on, I'm confused too. How did Uncle Obito lose?"]
[Shikaku: "With will equals power, Obito's resolve shouldn't falter. So why the failure?"]
[Hashirama: "Explain, lil' bro!"]
[Tobirama: "I don't get it either, hell!!!"]
The Konoha Twelve crashed onto Kurama's tails, cloaked in fox-flame, hands outstretched.
"Then I'm leaving the Rasengan to you guys—break that shield!" Naruto shouted.
Twelve hearts locked. Twelve spins harmonized.
A surging multi-Rasengan slammed upward.
Obito's eyes narrowed. The shield shattered—
he bit down and retreated hundreds of meters in a streak of light.
"Now!" Naruto and Sasuke flashed after him, blades raised, air ripping in spirals as they chopped for the sky.
Obito's jaw clenched. The Creation Blade thrust to meet them—
steel on will, sparks like meteors.
And then—
in Naruto's unwavering eyes, Obito didn't see the Seventh Hokage.
He saw a boy in goggles.
His own face, small and sun-bright, grinning through scrapes and dust.
Obito's pupils tightened. His resolve wavered.
Frame freeze.
All eyes widened.
(What a suffocating way to die—this far in, and his will buckles? After all that Six-Paths buildup? The frustration is real…)
(Grandpa's surgery still short a few hundred… (ó﹏ò。) )
(Please, just one "powered by love" if you can. (ó﹏ò。) )
— —
Susanoo-armored Kurama roared, the moon burned whiter, and the Amenonuhoko trembled in Obito's grip—its edge flickering between world-cleaving glory and a boy's simple dream.
