[Itachi Uchiha: "He's too strong… at this point no one can beat Obito, right?"]
[Shisui Uchiha: "Seems so. He's already at Six Paths."]
[Madara Uchiha: "Hmph. Grains of sand."]
Tobirama watched the black halo of Truth-Seeking Orbs drift behind Obito and felt a bead of sweat roll down his temple. "As I thought… blunt attacks won't hurt him."
Minato frowned, dead serious—and then ruined the mood: "Looks like we'll need my Rasengan Flash Super Wheel Roaring Style Three…"
The battlefield collectively face-planted.
[Naruto: "Dad… those names aren't cool at all."]
[Minato: "Eh? Really? I thought so hard about them…"]
Inside the Shinigami's belly, even the Yin Kurama smirked. "Kid's right. That name's aggressively adorkable."
[Tobirama: "Fourth, that name is… profoundly dopey."]
[Minato: "Ah? Profoundly?"]
[Kushina: "Also long. And dusty."]
[Nagato: "Focus. Six Paths Obito is the problem. How do we beat him?"]
[Kabuto: "Fact: he's fully at the Six Paths tier."]
[Itachi: "Everything has a weakness."]
Tobirama shot Minato a sidelong look. "You're a little… airheaded. Normally I'd laugh, but with that guy here, I can't."
Naruto and Sasuke couldn't sit still; they flashed forward. Sasuke hurled a shuriken sheathed in Amaterasu—Obito casually spun his staff and parried the black flame like it was lint.
"You two, let me create the openings!" Minato barked.
"I'll go," Sasuke said flatly.
"No—we go," Naruto answered.
[Hiruzen: "They're acting rashly."]
[Asuma: "Agreed. Against an enemy like this you stay sharp."]
[Mirai: "Dad, you used to smoke a lot?"]
[Kurenai (Boruto era): "He loved it."]
At a yakiniku shop, Asuma nearly choked on a grin.
"Future… my kid?" Shikamaru blinked at the chat.
"Looks just like you, sensei," Ino sniffled.
"Same same," Chōji mumbled around a mouthful of meat.
[Naruto: "Uh… how did Asuma-sensei… y'know… later?"]
[Mirai: "That's…"]
[Itachi: "Best not to say. Butterfly effects."]
[Boruto: "Sasuke-sensei's brother is so calm!"]
[Itachi: "Study, Boruto. Your dad says you skip class."]
[Boruto: "…."]
[Adult Naruto: "Learn from me! I was super mature at your age."]
Naruto and Sasuke weaved in—spiral footwork, a blur of orange and indigo.
Tobirama clapped a hand on Minato's shoulder; a Flying Raijin mark bloomed there. "You get it, Fourth? Clones aren't fast enough."
Minato nodded. "Then we alternate blinks. You mark me too."
Viewers squinted.
[Sarada: "Uncle Itachi, what's the point of that?"]
[Itachi: "Second Hokage?"]
[Tobirama: "It's called Mutual Blink: Flying Raijin."]
[Hashirama: "I recognize each character, but together they form… mystery soup."]
[Tobirama: "Read a book sometime, big bro. Less hanging out with Uchiha gremlins."]
(Narrator aside: kids, please study. Seriously.)
Naruto and Sasuke closed in. Blink—Minato suddenly appeared in front of them. The audience gasped. Was he… body-blocking?
"You two are the spear," Minato said calmly.
Tobirama materialized behind Obito.
Obito glanced around, absolute contempt in his eyes; he was a god among men and he knew it.
Tobirama's palm tagged Obito's back. "Watching the front only, huh?"
"Now!" Minato and Tobirama's voices snapped as one.
Mutual Blink: Flying Raijin!
In a strobe of gold and white, the two Hokage swapped places. Obito's guard shifted a hair—just enough.
Sasuke's Amaterasu shuriken bit home.
The crowd: …did they just do a teleport shell game?!
[Naruto: "That's Dad and Second's combo?!"]
[Tobirama: "My invention. Two Flying Raijin users mark each other and instant-swap to misalign the enemy's guard."]
[Hashirama: "Still mystery soup…"]
[Sarada: "Genius. As expected of the Forbidden Technique Maestro."]
[Tobirama: "You have taste."]
Tobirama preened. "See? Some Uchiha do carry the Will of Fire."
"Since when do you praise Uchiha?" Hashirama blinked.
"I dislike extremists like Izuna. Integration was the goal," Tobirama sighed.
[Tsunade: "Second Grandpa… complimented Uchiha?"]
Minato's eyes lit. "I'll call it Scorch Release: Light Wheel Gale—whatever, go!"
Music surged. Obito tumbled through the air, and even as he fell he solved the trick: "So you're switching each other's positions with Flying Raijin…"
[Boruto: "Flying Raijin is so cool! Dad, why don't you learn it?"]
[Adult Naruto: "No need. I'm faster than Flying Raijin normally."]
[Boruto: "Cap."]
Black flame devoured a ridge—cheers erupted—then died.
Obito walked out of Amaterasu unscathed, staff in hand, stones lifting around him like the world itself bowed.
He rose, slow and inevitable, Truth-Seeking Orbs pulsing at his back.
Silence.
Hope thinned.
And then his gaze slid to Minato—soft, almost sorrowful. He lifted the staff, and the moonlight drew a razor's edge along its ring.
Obito's voice drops like a verdict—
"Sensei… as a teacher, why didn't you recognize your student?"
