Chapter 2 - Chapter 2: Empty

"Akemi… is what you're saying true?"

An elder asked with trembling voice.

Akemi nodded. "It's true."

"Then why… why didn't you tell us earlier?"

Akemi cut him off. "And let the secret leak? Konoha would've forced me to open the path, using the clan as hostages. We'd have lost everything."

"But… can we really survive there? Won't that world be full of stronger beings?"

"Relax," Akemi smiled. "Though powerful, that world is chaotic. Strength is scattered. With the Uchiha's power, we can carve out our own domain easily."

The younger members' hearts blazed with excitement.

They had dreamed of expanding their power—but in Konoha, they were reduced to glorified security guards.

"Still… it feels bitter, leaving like this."

"Yeah… This is the village our ancestors helped build. And now we're fleeing."

They had grown up here. Despite everything, this was home. They didn't hate Konoha itself—only its leaders and the villagers who despised them.

"I know it's hard," Akemi said. "But this is reality. Sometimes you have to bow your head before you can raise it again."

"And we won't be gone forever. We'll take time to grow strong—then we'll return. Not as rebels hiding in shadows, but as conquerors taking back what's ours."

"Take it back!"

"Take it back!"

All the young people were fired up by Akemi's words — he had spoken straight to their hearts.

Fugaku frowned and thought for a moment. If what Akemi said was true, then undoubtedly, this was indeed a good opportunity.

"When do we set out?"

"Now."

"Now?"

"The timing is perfect. Everyone in the clan is gathered — we should leave now. Konoha has already begun to move."

Fugaku's face changed drastically. "Move? You mean…?!"

"Konoha's surveillance of the Uchiha Clan is everywhere. Since they already know the clan plans to stage a coup tonight, they won't sit still. They're just waiting for a signal — the moment we truly act, they'll strike and completely wipe out the Uchiha. That way, they won't even need an excuse."

"This…"

"How could this be?!"

Everyone was shocked. They hadn't expected their secret plans to be fully exposed. Didn't that mean Konoha already had them surrounded?

"Konoha is no longer the Konoha of the Uchiha. Don't hold on to any illusions about it. If we want to control our own fate, we must rely on our own strength."

Akemi's Sharingan spun rapidly, its three tomoe rotating in sync.

The space before him rippled, and a mirror-like spatial tunnel appeared.

"Let's go."

Everyone began walking into it one after another.

Akemi was the last to enter. He turned back, the corner of his mouth lifting slightly. "Goodbye, Konoha."

---

Outside the Naka Shrine, just as Akemi predicted, Konoha's ANBU had already surrounded the place.

The Third Hokage looked grimly at Shimura Danzō. "Danzō, are you sure the Uchiha are going to start a coup?"

"They will."

Danzō nodded firmly, glancing at his subordinates. They immediately understood and released swarms of black insects from their hands.

These were kikaichū — the secret technique of the Aburame Clan, who use their bodies as hives for combat and reconnaissance.

The insects swarmed toward the shrine, then returned shortly after.

"What?!" The Aburame ninja in charge of recon looked shocked.

"What's wrong?" Danzō frowned.

"The shrine is empty. The entire Uchiha Clan… has vanished!"

The Third Hokage and Danzō froze, then quickly sent people to investigate the entire area.

No tunnels were found — the Uchiha had disappeared right under their noses, without a trace.

"Find them! Even if you have to turn the entire ninja world upside down, bring them back!"

The duck that was almost cooked had flown away — Danzō was furious.

The Third Hokage also frowned deeply. The disappearance of the entire Uchiha Clan had to be connected to that young man from the clan.

He had met Uchiha Akemi several times but could never see through him.

He had a feeling — the Uchiha Clan would return.

And when they did, the entire shinobi world would tremble.

---

In a dense, ancient forest—

Buzz!

A spatial rift suddenly appeared, and more than two hundred people emerged from it — the entire migrating Uchiha Clan.

Everyone looked around in confusion.

Blue skies, white clouds, trees, grass — everything seemed the same as their world.

But one thing made it clear this wasn't home — it was daytime here.

It had been night in Konoha when they entered the portal. For it to be day, they would have had to cross half the planet. That was impossible.

Fugaku asked, "Akemi, where is this place?"

Akemi shook his head. "I'm not sure. Every time we transfer, the destination is random. This world is vast — I only know a small portion of it."

"Itachi, go scout the area. Everyone else, stay put."

"Understood."

Whoosh!

Itachi vanished, then soon reappeared.

"How is it?"

"This is an island. There's a village in the middle, somewhat like Konoha. But it's strange — every villager I saw was a woman."

"All women? No men at all?"

"At least, I didn't see a single man. There are also huge statues of snake-like beasts, and the mountains have two large characters carved into them: 'Kuja'."

"Snakes?" Fugaku frowned, instantly reminded of Orochimaru.

"I know where we are now."

Hearing Itachi's report, Akemi immediately realized where they had arrived — and his head started to ache.

"Why did it have to be here…"

"What's wrong, Akemi-nii? Is this place troublesome?" Shisui asked.

Akemi nodded. "Yeah. This is Amazon Lily, in the Calm Belt. The seas here are filled with giant Sea Kings."

"Sea Kings are ocean monsters. Adult ones are at least larger than the Nine-Tails."

"So big?!"

Everyone gasped. Most had witnessed the Nine-Tails' attack on Konoha five years ago and knew its immense size.

"Sea Kings aren't that dangerous, honestly — they're just big. They can't compare to the Nine-Tails in power. The real problem is the village on this island."

"Though it looks like a village, it's actually a nation — Amazon Lily, also known as the Land of Women."

"Here, all the villagers are warriors. Strength is beauty. You could say it's a nation of soldiers."

"The real issue is… this country rejects all outsiders. Women are tolerated, but men are absolutely forbidden. No man is allowed to set foot here."

All the men were stunned. What kind of strange country was this?

"No men? Then how do they reproduce?"

Akemi smiled faintly. "When they come of age, some women are allowed to sail out to sea. They return pregnant — and give birth only to girls."

"…"

Everyone fell silent. This place was beyond bizarre.

"Should we leave, then?"

They had around 300 people total, but excluding the elderly, women, and children, only about 100 could fight. Going up against an entire nation of warriors wasn't wise.

Akemi shook his head. "No. This is the Calm Belt — without special ships, we'd be attacked by Sea Kings."

"Then what do we do?"

"Since we're here, we'll make do. We'll try to talk peacefully. I don't want to fight them if I can avoid it."

Suddenly—

Whizz!

An arrow struck the ground at Akemi's feet.

The Uchiha immediately prepared for battle, but Akemi raised a hand to stop them.

Moments later, a group of women emerged, surrounding them.

They were all wearing revealing animal-skin swimsuits, holding snake-like bows aimed at the Uchiha, their eyes full of vigilance.

A tall, black-haired woman with a high ponytail shouted at Akemi, "Who are you people?! Why have you trespassed on Amazon Lily?!"

"Sorry! We arrived here by accident. We're not invaders — do invaders usually bring children and elders?"

Kikyo looked and saw that indeed, there were old people and kids among them, but she didn't lower her guard.

Even when outsiders miraculously washed ashore, they usually ended up dead. She had never seen so many arrive alive.

"This is Amazon Lily. Outsiders are not welcome."

"We mean no harm. If possible, we'd just like a little help."

Then, a short old woman came forward — and when she saw Akemi and the others, she gasped in shock.

"Dear heavens!!! Th-those are… MEN?!!!"
