Although younger than the person she'd walked in with, Josa stood before Zephyr and Rudy. Being the chief's sister, she was expected to lead the charge in such a delicate case, and that is what she did by walking into the tent first with another woman who was a mother. Anxious about what was to come, she took a step towards Zephyr's bed with her hands clenched by her heart.
The other woman was expected to walk over to Rudy, and the hero braced for her to come. To his surprise, however, she followed Josa's example and walked up behind her and kept close. As he stared at the other in utter bewilderment, Rudy caught the mother glancing sideways at him for a brief moment.
'Is she coming?' He hoped, but as her blush grew deeper, she turned her eyes back to Zephyr and watched closely as Josa began to undress.
