The ferocious saber-toothed tiger, its sharp fangs growing larger in Heatblast's eyes, lunged forward.
He gritted his teeth, summoning his inner energy, trying to transform into another alien to break free from the icy vines' grip.
But the Ice-Snow Sabretooth was quicker, pouncing in the blink of an eye.
"Roar!"
With a deadly snap, its razor-sharp teeth sank into Heatblast's body.
"Ah!"
The transforming Heatblast felt excruciating pain as the sabretooth clamped down on his neck, like an iron vise. It was agony beyond measure.
The saber-toothed tiger tightened its grip, its teeth digging deeper into Heatblast's body, intent on tearing him apart.
In extreme pain, Heatblast hastened his transformation, becoming Wildmutt in just a second.
Eyeless and nose-less, his mouth filled with fangs, his orange fur bristled like inverted steel needles—tough and menacing.
"ROAR!"
Wildmutt bellowed, smashing a massive palm into the Ice-Snow Sabretooth.
BOOM!
The brute force shattered the sabretooth into crystalline ice shards, scattering them across the bridge tower.
But it wasn't over. The enraged Wildmutt leaped around, smashing every icy vine in his path, as if only this could release his fury.
Seeing this, Lieutenant Steel's heart sank.
At this rate, the blue moth across from them stood no chance against this beast—its ability to transform into countless aliens made it far too dangerous.
Thinking back to how Big Chill had saved him, Lieutenant Steel suspected this alien had no malice, being on the side of justice. Meanwhile, the shape-shifting monster was undoubtedly an evil fiend.
Lieutenant Steel silently prayed that the blue moth could defeat the terrifying creature.
Watching Wildmutt from above, Big Chill remained calm, his expression as still as a deep well.
He retracted his wings and landed on the ground, resembling a mysterious figure cloaked in blue, staring directly at the Wildmutt below.
After Wildmutt had destroyed the vines, he turned and let out a thunderous roar at Big Chill, then propelled himself forward with powerful leaps.
Unfazed, Big Chill tapped the Omnitrix on his chest.
Thud!
A ghostly green light flashed, and Big Chill vanished.
In his place stood Blitzwolfer.
Blue fur, sharp fangs, glowing green eyes, and a body covered in lean, powerful muscles.
"Blitzwolfer!"
"What?!" Lieutenant Steel gasped, wide-eyed. He hadn't expected the enemy to be able to transform into yet another alien.
But quickly, his surprise shifted into relief. This meant they had a better chance of defeating the monster.
At that moment, the enraged Wildmutt charged straight at Blitzwolfer.
Suddenly, Blitzwolfer's mouth split into four petal-like sections, unleashing a burst of green sonic waves that enveloped Wildmutt mid-air.
The ferocious creature, once so powerful, clutched its head in agony, collapsing to the ground and thrashing desperately.
The sensation was like hearing nails scraping a chalkboard—chilling and unbearable. But for Wildmutt, whose hearing was incredibly sensitive, the feeling was amplified dozens of times, pushing him to the brink of collapse.
Blitzwolfer continued to release sonic waves, keeping his jaws wide open.
When Kevin had transformed into Wildmutt, he had planned to become Blitzwolfer all along.
As a Vulpimancer, Wildmutt possessed extraordinary hearing, able to detect dangers from miles away. But his weakness was clear: when faced with sonic attacks, he became completely passive, unable to fight back.
Under Blitzwolfer's unrelenting sonic assault, Wildmutt's form rapidly shrank, and within moments, Kevin had returned to his human form.
Just then, Ghostfreak flew in, his violet eyes narrowing as he scanned the disheveled Kevin.
"Heh, so this is the mighty Kevin? You're pathetic~"
Ghostfreak sneered, delighting in the chance to ridicule his old foe. Kevin had tarnished the reputation of aliens, and Ghostfreak relished the opportunity to knock him down a peg.
Kevin, struggling to his feet with messy hair, glared at Ghostfreak. "Ben Tennyson... You only think you can win because Lucian backs you! Without him, you'd never be a match for me!"
"And what? If you're so tough, go find yourself a cousin!" Ghostfreak laughed.
Blitzwolfer's expression remained cold as he approached. He eyed Kevin's ragged state and considered whether to end him now, ensuring he couldn't pose any future threat.
Kevin may be an antagonist now, but in the original story, he eventually joined Ben's team, redeemed himself, and even became an expert in alien technology, helping Ben on several occasions.
In Ultimate Alien, Kevin had even saved the universe once. Lucian recalled the scene on the The Forge of Creation, when the ambitious Aggregor defeated Ben and planned to absorb the power of a Celestialsapien to conquer the universe.
Had Kevin not absorbed the Omnitrix's energy at a critical moment, transforming into Kevin 11, Aggregor might have succeeded, ruling the universe without resistance.
Lucian's thoughts grew distant. He wondered if eliminating Kevin now would alter the course of the story—or worse, destroy the universe itself.
Confronted by Ghostfreak's relentless taunting, Kevin's rage grew so intense that he almost ground his teeth to dust. "Ben Tennyson, if you've got the guts, fight me one-on-one! I'm not afraid of you!"
"You're not worthy~" Ghostfreak scoffed, dismissing Kevin entirely.
After all, Kevin had lost the ability to transform into aliens. Ghostfreak wouldn't stoop to attacking someone so defenseless; it would offer no satisfaction.
"Cuz, let's go."
Ghostfreak, emanating a chilling aura, turned and floated away.
Blitzwolfer stayed silent for a moment, contemplating his next move. Finally, he decided that Kevin had to be dealt with.
He was confident that, with him around, Aggregor wouldn't run rampant. His power might not be enough now, but he would improve. And when the time came, defeating Aggregor wouldn't be impossible.
As he watched Ghostfreak's figure recede, Kevin's fury and humiliation surged like a raging storm.
"Ben Tennyson, stop right there!"
Kevin pushed himself up, his form rapidly expanding, tearing his tattered clothes apart.
Blitzwolfer roared, unleashing a devastating sonic blast that slammed into Kevin. Kevin staggered back two steps, but the damage was minimal.
Ghostfreak froze, slowly turning back with wide eyes.
Kevin's body had undergone a shocking transformation!
His body was now as massive as Four Arms', with four arms. His left upper limb was Heatblast's fiery arm, the right one was Diamondhead's crystalline arm. Below, he had Wildmutt's claws.
Wings of Stinkfly sprouted from his back, cracks of Ghostfreak ran across his chest. His shoulders bore Upgrade's skin, and Ripjaws' hanging chandelier adorned his head. XLR8's tail swished behind him.
He had three eyes—two from Four Arms, one from Grey Matter.
