Boom!
A surge of eerie green light burst from Diamondhead's body, dazzlingly bright and flooding the entire area with its glow.
"What—what's happening now?" Eliza cried out, shielding her eyes.
When the light finally faded, she slowly lowered her hand—and froze in disbelief.
"What? This... this is impossible!" Her beautiful eyes widened, her lips parting in shock. "Who are you? Where did my Dear Diamond go?"
The towering Diamondhead had vanished completely, as if he'd been erased from existence.
In his place stood a tall, slender figure cloaked in blue. His frame was sleek and ethereal, his eyes glowing with deep luminescent green specks that shimmered like starlight. His entire body carried a faint, icy glow—like a being born from frozen skies.
A wave of chill radiated from him, mingling with an aura both noble and otherworldly.
The new alien hero—Big Chill.
Before Eliza could react, Big Chill exhaled sharply. A blast of freezing breath shot forward at incredible speed.
Whoosh!
The air itself froze solid in its path, the biting cold surging forth like a howling blizzard, tearing straight toward her.
Startled, Eliza scrambled back and vaulted onto the rhino's back.
"Go!" she shouted, panic flickering across her face as she slapped its flank.
MOO!
The rhino bellowed in pain, its eyes flaring with pink light. It kicked off the ground with immense force, smashing through the floor and barreling away like a runaway tank.
"None of you are getting away."
Big Chill spread his enormous wings, his blue form glowing as frost swirled around him. With one powerful beat, he soared into the air, a streak of icy mist trailing behind him as he closed in on the fleeing rhino.
Clinging to the rhino's back, Eliza kept glancing over her shoulder. Her face was pale, eyes wide with fear, silently wishing the beast could somehow grow two more legs to run faster.
Just moments ago, victory had been hers—now she was reduced to running for her life. Panic consumed her so completely that she'd forgotten she could even use her powers.
Crackling frost rained down from above, coating the ground in a trail of solid ice as the freezing mist closed in fast.
It was almost upon her.
"What the hell is this thing?!" Eliza shouted, voice trembling.
She could feel the bitter cold crawling up her spine, stealing the warmth from her skin.
The attack was seconds away from hitting her.
In desperation, Eliza gritted her teeth and rolled off the rhino's back, tumbling into the weeds. She hit the ground hard, scrambling up with dirt on her face and panic in her eyes.
Almost instantly, the rhino was caught in the icy blast. Its movements slowed, frost crawling across its body until it froze completely—transformed into a flawless sculpture of solid ice.
Ignoring her bruises, Eliza staggered to her feet and ran as fast as she could. Her blue-and-white twin ponytails bounced wildly behind her, leaving a faint trail of sweet perfume in the cold air.
But Big Chill was far faster.
Whoosh—
A gust of freezing wind swept down as Big Chill descended in front of her, folding his massive wings around himself like a royal blue cloak.
He moved forward slowly, each step deliberate, his translucent body flickering in and out of visibility like a ghost caught between worlds.
Eliza's heart pounded. Her face drained of color as she bit her lip, trembling. "Please... don't kill me. I'll tell you everything! I'll even tell you where Zombozo is!"
"Then talk," Big Chill said coldly, his tone calm but commanding, unconcerned by her pleading.
"Come closer," Eliza whispered, swaying her slender figure as she approached.
Now only inches separated them—so close she could feel the icy breath brushing against her cheek.
"Zombozo... he's hiding in a cave..." she murmured, standing on tiptoe to whisper in Big Chill's ear. Her warm breath carried a faint sweetness against the cold air.
Big Chill remained expressionless, unconvinced by her sudden cooperation.
"That's the truth... but be careful~ Zombozo is very dangerous..."
Her voice suddenly cut off.
In an instant, Eliza's hands shot up, gripping Big Chill's face tightly. Her eyes flared with an intense pink glow.
As her psychic energy surged, her expression twisted into a dangerously alluring smile. The curve of her red lips was mesmerizing, her beauty like a blooming rose covered in thorns—deadly, and impossible to resist.
"Dear Blue Ghost, have you forgotten me already~?"
"I'm your little baby… how could you possibly hurt me?"
A pink vortex swirled in Eliza's eyes, glowing like molten fire. The energy burned with fierce brilliance as she pushed her psychic power to its very limit.
Facing such a powerful opponent, she dared not make a mistake. One slip, and she'd be lost in her own illusion forever.
In that moment, a faint pink shimmer flickered in Big Chill's eyes.
Seeing it, Eliza let out a soft, delighted laugh. She lowered her delicate hand and released him.
"From now on, you belong to me. Understand?" she whispered, her warm breath brushing against his ear.
Her heart pounded with excitement, her eyes gleaming with heat.
If she could control this blue ghost, no one in the world could stand against her. She would reign supreme—even Zombozo himself would be reduced to crawling at her feet.
"I don't understand," Big Chill said calmly.
"Hahaha, that's right, you don't understa—" Eliza's words cut off. Her smile froze, her face stiffening.
"W-what?! You're not under my control?!"
She immediately leapt backward, putting distance between them.
Big Chill closed his eyes for a moment, then reopened them. The pink glow had vanished, replaced by his usual cold, steady gaze.
"Done playing?" he asked, his voice laced with an icy edge.
"This… this can't be! My charm—failed?!" Eliza's face drained of color, her expression twisting with disbelief and disgust, as if she'd just swallowed a fly.
"I was able to control that diamond man earlier! Why not you?!" she cried, a mix of panic and fury in her tone.
"There's nothing impossible about it."
Big Chill's form shimmered, his body becoming translucent as he advanced toward her.
"Every male falls under my spell," Eliza stammered, biting her red lips. "Why are you completely unaffected?"
"Because…" Big Chill's wings spread wide, unleashing a surge of freezing wind that roared across the space, "I'm both male and female."
The icy storm engulfed the stunned Eliza in an instant...
