Alexander sat with his eyes closed on the command throne of the Light Lord. This was an item specifically prepared to prevent Erebus from using his ritual dagger or Be'lakor from using his shadow-shifting ability.

It could directly turn the entire Blessed Lady into an inescapable secret room. Unless Erebus could answer a series of questions and reach the bridge, he would be trapped within the Blessed Lady and unable to leave by any means.

Alexander himself did not board the Blessed Lady. He remained on the Light Lord.

On one hand, it was to prevent Alexander himself from being trapped on the Blessed Lady - this item was somewhat indiscriminate.

On the other hand, it was a precaution against Luther, who might appear at any time, and the possible appearance of the three divine artifacts of the old ones.

However, Alexander still dispatched Nobita and Greater Daemon, two Greater Daemons belonging to Alexander, allowing his will to reside within them as they entered the Blessed Lady.

Of course, the World Eaters squad led by Khârn, the Harlequin squad led by Sarojin, the Flesh Tearers company led by Seth, and the Black Rage Dreadnought Kaso, as well as the Ultramarines company led by Titus, all entered the Blessed Lady.

Meanwhile, the Terminator company led by Karlaen and the Primaris company led by Solaq were stationed on the Light Lord, serving as Alexander's bodyguards.

As for Luther's side, Alexander chose to leave it to Kossolax, Captain Sarine, and the World Eaters.

Alexander didn't have high hopes for Kossolax and the World Eaters. The World Eaters were difficult to control, and the Blessed Lady was currently in an indestructible state. Captain Sarine and the Conqueror wouldn't be of much use either. So, after some thought, Alexander let them pursue and intercept Luther.

But Alexander didn't hold too much hope.

Luther might be mad now, but he was, after all, the former Chapter Master of half the Dark Angels Legion, a character capable of fighting the Lion King to a standstill. He wouldn't be so easy to deal with.

What Alexander truly used to deal with the three divine artifacts of the old ones was an item, an item that would swiftly take everything nearby and transport him to the safest location in the galaxy.

He gently rubbed the item in his hand a few times, then softly closed his eyes, his consciousness flowing into Greater Daemon and Nobita, who were on the Blessed Lady.

In the tranquil forest, on the ritual altar, Luther and his trusted Fallen Angels looked coldly at the Star Speaker on the altar.

The Star Speaker let out a sharp wail, and the hazy star-speech, carrying the coordinates of many Fallen Angels, flew into the void, deep into the stars.

Luther drew his Caliban two-handed broadsword and slashed it across the Star Speaker's neck, preventing the star-speech signal from being traced and his location found by those descendants.

"It's almost done, Lion, it's almost done," Luther whispered in his heart, praying for the Lion's return.

The ouroboros is Caliban, the sum of all things on Caliban. All the fragments, plants, artifacts, and even people that were scattered across different times and spaces in the galaxy with Caliban's destruction are part of Caliban.

Especially the Fallen Angels; they embody Caliban's culture, condense Caliban's spirit, and gather Caliban's power. Only a half-Legion's worth of Fallen Angels is needed to summon the ouroboros, combined with the largest fragment, the Rock fortress, to make the Fallen Angels the new vessel of the ouroboros.

Erebus wanted Luther to believe this: that as long as Luther gathered enough Fallen Angels, as long as he found plagueheart, as long as he drew the Rock and the Tuqiaocha Engine close, he could reunite the three divine artifacts of the old ones, elevate the one who became a god ten thousand years ago, restore him to his rightful place, and resurrect the Lion.

But time was running out. Luther no longer had the opportunity to slowly collect the Fallen Angels scattered throughout the galaxy.

Many Fallen Angels didn't trust Luther, weren't willing to help him, and refused to follow him. Several battles had even broken out.

There was no other way. To resurrect the Lion, he could only make the Fallen Angels suffer, and he, Luther, would bear the blame.

Luther packaged all the Fallen Angel coordinates he could perceive and predict and sent them to the Dark Angels Chapter, to the Rock fortress.

If there was anyone in this world most adept at capturing Fallen Angels, it would undoubtedly be the Dark Angels Chapter. If there was anywhere most suitable for imprisoning and collecting Fallen Angels, it would also be the Rock fortress.

He could only pray that his former comrades would endure a few more days under the Dark Angels' interrogation.

"It's time to go," Luther murmured with a hint of unwillingness.

His unwillingness wasn't because he deliberately let the Fallen Angels be captured by the Dark Angels, but because the items the Lion had personally gifted him had been stolen, and those two Necron thieves hadn't been caught yet.

If he left this sector, he might never have a chance to retrieve them. For a greater goal, Luther could only temporarily abandon those things and let those few thieves go.

Wildfire scorched the sky, and the macro-light of a lance beam descended from the horizon, striking the earth, burning the surface of this jungle-covered planet.

This sudden attack completely caught Luther off guard. He looked up at the sky and saw only a magnificent vessel hovering in orbit, savagely unleashing firepower upon the ground.

That was...

"My lord, it's the Conqueror," the Fallen Angel with the Dreadwing insignia standing beside Luther said softly. They had received communication from the Conqueror.

The Conqueror? The World Eaters' flagship? Was it Saint Doraemon's outstretched hand?

Then it made perfect sense that they had found Luther.

But they were only using lance beams, not those more lethal weapons. A provocation?

Knowing that Be'lakor's shadow-shifting ability allowed Luther to easily evade an exterminatus, they were simply using orbital bombardment to provoke him, hoping Luther would teleport to the Conqueror for a fight?

Just then, a burst of noisy communication reached Luther's ears, coming from the Conqueror.

Kossolax, the World Eaters' Regent, challenged Luther.

Kossolax? Luther's pupils slightly contracted as he remembered Erebus saying, "Kossolax is an extremely terrifying man, incredibly cunning and as ambitious as Guilliman."

But hadn't Erebus claimed he was dead? He was still alive?

A sense of vigilance couldn't help but rise in Luther's heart. This person was indeed not to be underestimated.
