Chapter 15 - Chapter 16 — Ignotus of the Red Robe

In this world, every wizard is known by a color.

Gandalf the Grey.

Saruman the White.

Radagast the Brown.

Alatar the Blue.

Pallando the Blue.

So what title will history give me?

I decide I will forge my identity — and my legend — with my own hands.

A cloak worthy of a future immortal.

I draw inspiration from the Deathly Hallow itself: the Invisibility Cloak of Ignotus Peverell. I am not yet skilled enough to recreate a true Hallow, but I can create something terrifyingly powerful — a masterpiece of runes, ancient wards, and layered magics.

Months pass.

My workshop becomes a fortress of focus — silver ink, dragon-hide gloves, shimmering starlight threads. I inscribe runes on the inner lining that bend perception and reality itself. Defensive wards — against curses, blades, mental intrusion, fire, shadow, even death magic — are layered until even I can barely count them.

The cloak is then submerged into a cauldron of enchanted potion. The liquid boils with magic so intense the air warps — infused with powdered basilisk scale, refined zouwu whisker, phoenix down ash, and more ingredients that would bankrupt kingdoms. The fabric emerges reborn — stronger than dragon hide, lighter than mist.

Then comes the final spell.

A high-tier invisibility enchantment, powerful enough to fool even the eyes of magical beasts and wizards alike. It doesn't just hide me — it erases me from sight, from sound, from memory.

The cloak gleams in the candlelight.

Not grey.

Not white.

Not blue.

Red.

Deep, regal, intimidating red — the color of magic written in blood and dominance.

I run my fingers across the rune-stitched hem and smile.

Ignotus of the Red Robe.

A name befitting a legend.

My legend.

Cloak fastened around my shoulders, wand holstered at my side, I take my first step outside of the clone Hogwarts — outside of the comfort of training and secrecy. The wind rushes past me, fresh and wild, freedom calling my name.

Middle-earth awaits.

The Shire is my destination — green hills, hobbits, and the first domino in the quest that will shape this entire world. Money, resources, power, reputation — all waiting to be taken by someone bold enough to seize them.

My red cloak snaps behind me as I walk forward, the ground humming faintly beneath my boots.

A new symbol has entered the world.

And soon… everyone will know it.
