synopsis-A teenage boy in Tokyo
Three days prior to present
tinkling of wind chime of blowing wind
a country side area away from Tokyo in a old house after a hot noon
"satoshi just don't sit there come have a cup of tea and some rice crackers too isn't its your favorite?"
satoshi a 15 year old boy with no parents except his grandparent Yukimo in the counrty side of japan
"what are you thinking of always looking into the blank sky ?"
"nothing"
"thinking about them again , how many years it have been from that incident ?"
"almost 10 years on my upcoming birth day but don't you worry grandma I am not sad about tha-'

"hey, what was that for ?"
"I raised you for all these years and you think i don't know about you hah" angrily shouting. "ok, here take the tea while it's hot"

"boy we are going to the shrine on the mountains tomorrow morning so wake up earlier than normal"

in first time in his life he got that kind of expressions from his grandma , unable to process what happened at the moment he agreed to that.
next day in the early morning at the shrine deep in the mountains

an old shrine appears from the fog within some distance
"so this is our old 500 hundred years old shrine famous for cursed spirits hah, haven't seen it since my last birth day"
looking around and observing the status of the shrine
"so what's so special we come to this place every birthday of mine to prayer , right?

"oye grandma if you have some planning some kind of surprise or something !"

then satoshi slowly moves his head backwards . behind there is a large thing is present which was not there until then.
in a thick covering of foog that thing looks just like the mountain spirit in the stories but a little too much frightening
"What , what's that!! aggghhhhhhhh"

wakes up

surprised to find out that it's all was just a dream
"phew it's all a dream, a very nah a little too much scary for a dream"
"that's not a dream but rather reality "
timorous he suddenly grabs calendar realizes it wasn't a dream

looking at his grandson's frightened face filled with cold expression she takes him into her arms
after giving him some time to pull himself together she tells the truth of the his family.
"500 years ago in Muromachi period our ancestors used to be the protector of this mountain and it's shrine . It's the time when the 'Demon Seed' first appeared and started chaos. Even our ancestors were knees on floor by it's oppressive force. So they pleaded the mountain spirits to defeat that calamity."
"so the Demon seed was defeated. then how it came after all this years and specifically killed my parents"
the old lady tells with a tensioned voice "defeat? that thing could never be defeated . It was just sealed all of the time ."
"what! " in a trembling voice
"yes but to do that with some of our ancestors, over hundreds of exorcists with seven out of the eight great mountain spirits were sacrificed and the most petrifying part of the story is that that monster was weak at that time"
a face full of pale expression and in a dried voice he asks the old lady
"then how are we going to defeat that thing in the first place? when it was weak it took so many lives and seven mountain spirits , just like that huge monster like thing we saw on that shrine, then no one can stop it anymore and the most important thing is that it is hunting us down for sealing it"
seeing his terrified expressions and behavior grandma quickly hugs him and tries to calm him down. as some time passes he is sleeping soundly while mumbling over something
"mother, father don't go"
seeing him mumbling over his parents he misses so much but to act like it doesn't bothers him at all made tears fall from the old lady's eyes who can do nothing but to watch him suffer
