Larissa's POV
I felt a bright light in my face and groaned out loud.
"Isa? You're awake." I heard Zoe's sweet voice. I pushed my eyelids open.
"Hey, Zoe." I said with a little smile and she had tears in her eyes.
"I'm so sorry, I'm so sorry we couldn't protect you from him."
"Don't say that. It is only because of you people that I'm alive right now. If I were alone the Barbosas would have caught me already." I coughed because my throat was dry.
She stood up abruptly and picked up a glass of water, then she placed it close to my mouth. I bent down slightly and gulped it down.
"Should I get another one?"
"Yes, please."
She went once more and placed it on my lips. I drank it but this time I couldn't finish it.
She pressed on a button beside my bed. After a few minutes the door was pushed open and I saw a very beautiful woman step in. She has a smile on her face.
"Hey, Sweetie. How are you feeling?" She had a box with her and opened it.
