Chapter 48 - Rainy days.

Park Heights apartment, Manhattan

The Coven premises | 9 PM

The city was battered by rain, as the sky went since morning, fogged by grey clouds, and the cold hugged the windows of the apartment. ,

The Master bedroom was transformed into the ultimate comfort zone, with the lights dimmed to appeal to Faith's love for the A24 aesthetic. The sandalwood smell was exchanged for Jane's incense, and to Bo's horror, his nightstand was being used to hold snacks Faith insisted on adding.

"Why don't we have a TV in this room?" Jane asked, tucked under Bo's right arm. Bobbi side-eyed her, resting her head on Bo's left shoulder and hand clutching his thigh in a warning and possessive habit. Faith was perched on his lap, back to his chest and head under his chin like the spoiled girl she is. She hummed softly to his heartbeats."Why don't we have a TV in this room?" Jane asked, tucked under Bo's right arm. Bobbi side-eyed her, resting her head on Bo's left shoulder and hand clutching his thigh in her possessive manner.

"Pizza would make this moment perfect. " She nodded, curling closer to warmth.,

Bo just lived in the orbit, letting them distribute his body like supper. an

"So, you all are going to keep me in this bed for how long?" He questioned.

Jane glanced at him, smiling." Until we get tired of you, so never~"

Pizza guy(POV)

It's just any night in New York. The phone was buzzing with orders, the smell of burning dough and tomatoes filled my lungs like air, Tony barked at me to get on with the deliveries and not to leave the bike unsupervised, a normal routine until I got an order to Manhattan. The order was 4 large pizzas, 2 pepperoni, 1 chicken, and the last one with pineapple(weirdos). I held the 4 large circular meals on my bike as I approached the towering building that met with clouds. The entrance felt like the tax office, clean, minimalistic, and a constant reminder of your responsibilities. Heading up the elevator, I tapped my foot on the ground, hands warm from the Pizza boxes, and the lobby music looped in my head as the sterile tune played. Arriving at the door, I knocked 3 times and waited. To my shock, a tatted-up redhead with a scowl that sent shivers down my body sized me up from head to toe. My

"Uhm–Pizza delivery..." I announced.

The lady looked into my eyes, searching my soul for any tainted ideas before she called someone.

"Bo! Pizzas here, come pay." She called.

I blinked rapidly at her calling of the Bo person. We just stood there in complete silence, she fiddled with the zip of her hoodie that covered her body up to her thighs. Bare legs showing but I refused to look out of fear. Footsteps got closer to the door as a tall dude appeared, wearing sweats, a white tee, and socks.

The guy, I assumed is Bo, loomed over the redhead like her security, arms bigger than both of mine, and patted her head.

"Sup." He nodded, turning to the lady glaring at me."Don't mind her, she's not fond of people.

"Especially ones that smell like cheese. " She said that with such hate in her tone.

Bo paid for the pizzas and stirred the lady back inside, the last thing I saw was his defined back, mending with the shirt as he closed the door.

"You interrupted my conversation. " Bobbi smirked.

"You were making the poor kid sweat." Bo lifted her chin.

He kissed her softly, pulling her closer by her waist, and she looped her arms around to complete the embrace. Just the two of them in their steady affection.

[Master bedroom]

The satin sheets smelled like pizza and spilled wine.

Bo looked around his once place of rest and furniture magazine reading sessions now turned to tge hangout spot for his unruly woman. "When am I realistically leaving this doom."

"I'll consider letting you go in the morning. " Bobbi pinched his thigh. He shivered at the act.

Faith froze for a moment, contemplating his words, "You're only leaving for the bathroom or snack refill –got it?" Faith stated.

"Yes, Faith." He smiled the whole time.
