Chapter 2: The Demon System
The moment the throne room doors opened, a cold wind of power rushed inside. The black flames dimmed, and shadows bent toward him as if bowing. The Abyss itself recognized its ruler once again.
A thousand whispers echoed faintly through the chamber walls souls of demons long dead, muttering the name that once made all realms tremble.
Azaroth.
The system's voice broke through the silence in his mind.

"Only one percent of my power…" he muttered, frustration creeping into his voice.
Lilith approached him, her footsteps silent yet graceful. Her hand rested on his chest, right above where his heart burned with sealed energy.
"The gods placed seals upon your essence when you fell," she said. "You were too dangerous. Even your corpse frightened them."
He clenched his fists, and black lightning cracked across his arms.
"Then I'll break every seal. One by one."
The system chimed again.

He raised an eyebrow.
"Summon my generals? How?"
[Activating Summoning Tab…]
Before him, the floor's runes began to glow. The air thickened as magic surged through the room. Dark symbols rotated around him like orbiting planets.
Lilith stepped back, eyes shining with awe.
"You're calling them already…?"

5 Kaira, the Fallen Seraph
He thought for a moment. The name Zariel resonated in his chest an echo of a bond from his lost memories.
"Zariel," he commanded. "Return to me."
The runes exploded with black fire. The ground shook. The chamber walls screamed as energy erupted from the summoning circle.
A figure emerged tall, armored in crimson metal, wielding twin blades forged from infernal flame. His eyes opened burning with fury and loyalty.
He knelt instantly, pressing his fist to the floor.
"My King… you've returned."
Azaroth smiled darkly.
"It's been a long time, old friend."
"Too long," Zariel growled, his aura crackling with battlelust. "The gods still live?"
"They do," Azaroth replied, his voice cold. "But not for much longer."
The system chimed again.

A wave of strength flooded his body black flames roaring around him again, brighter and hotter.
Lilith smirked, stepping forward.
"Our first general returns. Soon the legions will follow."
Azaroth turned toward the massive gates at the end of the hall. Beyond them lay the Abyss the realm of endless darkness that once stretched across worlds.
He raised his hand, and the shadows obeyed.
"Gather the surviving demons," he commanded. "Tell them their king has risen."
Zariel's voice thundered through the hall.
"At once, my lord!"
The demon vanished into black mist.
Lilith leaned close to Azaroth, whispering in his ear.
"The world above will feel the tremor soon. Are you ready for war so soon after awakening?"
He smirked.
"I was born ready. And this time, I'll make sure even the gods learn what true fear means."

The chamber's floor split open, revealing a swirling map of the world above kingdoms glowing faintly, divine temples shining like stars, and one vast mark of darkness pulsing in the center.

"Let the world know," he said quietly. "The age of gods is over."
