"You have a call," she announced.
Upon checking, I realized it was Cassandra Kane, the feared Princess of Death.
After our last encounter, she had asked that we add each other as friends, suggesting it would be useful to stay in touch.
I hadn't found a convincing excuse to refuse… and to be honest, I didn't really want to.
After all, she was the second most powerful person in the world; having her support could be useful at some point. Having powerful allies was never a bad thing.
Determined, I tapped the screen, accepting the call.
In an instant, the interface changed, and there was Cassandra, looking at me with a smile that mixed amusement and curiosity.
"Seth! You've done it again! How did you do it?" she exclaimed, visibly surprised.
"Well, first I went to..." I began, in a deliberately thoughtful tone. Then, smiling mischievously, I added, "As if I'd tell you."
Cassandra gave a playful smile. She already knew I wouldn't reveal anything to her.
"My superior wants to meet you. He says he has a good offer for you for the Impossible Dungeon strategy. Interested?" she asked, gauging my reaction.
I thought about it for a moment and slowly nodded.
"I'm not selling the strategy for Floor 1 of the Tower of Trials, only for the 'Minecraft' Dungeon in the Safe Zone. And I don't even know if I want to do that yet."
Cassandra pursed her lips slightly, trying to conceal her frustration.
"That'll do. My superior was interested in that dungeon anyway. Though now that you have a God-Level SSS Rating on Floor 1, it'll probably come up. Try to turn it down politely. You know how the military are—no manners and little patience. Don't be too harsh."
"You're military too," I reminded her.
"Relatively recently. Besides, I'm more like a collectible figure; they bring me out when it suits them and then put me back on the shelf," she sighed with resignation.
Was the army using her as a show of power before other nations and the public? That was exactly the kind of strategy I'd expect from the U.S. military… or any military, really.
Always eager to show off their "weapons" as a warning.
And the United States currently had the advantage, with Cassandra Kane among its ranks.
At least, that would be the case until Shiva revealed his identity someday and officially joined a nation.
Until that moment, the U.S. would maintain its superiority…
I said nothing, keeping those thoughts to myself.
"Alright, see you in 15 minutes, same place as before," I told her, ending the call.
I didn't even give her time to say goodbye. We weren't friends. Our relationship was strictly professional—business only.
I didn't plan to change that.
After all, trusting anyone in the Reincarnation Space was a grave mistake.
As I walked toward the meeting point, my gaze drifted, almost automatically, to the large board suspended in the air—the one showing the World Ranking.
There were the names of the five most powerful reincarnated beings in the Reincarnation Space, among many others, projected in golden letters, unlike the rest.
In first place, as always, Shiva, the only S-rank Reincarnated.
The symbol of the unattainable.
The most powerful being in the world.
Just below, in second place, the Princess of Death—or, as everyone had known her since she revealed her identity to the world—Cassandra Kane.
I couldn't help but frown.
She should never have revealed her real identity to the world.
In a place like this, exposing your true face was the same as offering your neck—it was an unnecessary risk.
I was sure that, deep down, she must regret that decision. It was impossible not to.
But that wasn't my problem.
In third place was Hecate.
Her magic was… impressive. Many used magic within the Tower, but she took it to another level. Her spells rewrote the battlefield as if reality itself bent to her will.
She was constantly compared to Cassandra since their strength wasn't far apart, though on social media, most agreed that the Princess of Death could never defeat her.
After all, Hecate was never alone.
She was always accompanied by the fifth in the ranking, Odur, a warrior who, according to rumors, had been with her since their days in the Safe Zone. Some even believed they were husband and wife, but no one knew for sure.
Unlike Cassandra, they'd been smart enough to keep their identities hidden.
And in fourth place was Surtur. I'd seen some videos about him too.
He possessed the power of gigantification, and his body could be completely engulfed in flames, turning him into a true force of destruction.
His name couldn't have been more fitting.
It was curious how, among the top five in the world ranking, four bore the names of gods.
A smile spread across my lips.
Someday, my name would be there too.
A simple name, also that of a god, but one that would resound louder than any of theirs.
Too bad for Shiva… because sooner or later, I would take his throne.

Regarding the Plaza incident, I can confirm Seth sold a mountain of minerals from the 'Minecraft' dungeon—even calling it a mountain is an understatement. I'd never seen so many Minecraft items in one place before! Tons of people surrounded him to ask for his secret on how to face the impossible dungeon, but several harassment reports later resulted in a 7-day ban and a visible red tattoo on the forearm.

If Seth really can do what they say in the Tower (432k kills), his DPS (damage per second) and APM (actions per minute) must be superhuman. Or his ability generates a massive area of effect. For the average reincarnated, this is incomprehensible. That's why people think 'exploit'.
