Daniel breathed in slowly. He said he went to Eclipse Falls. He found a nurse who used to work in Adrian's clinic. The nurse left the work two months ago because she could not continue with what Adrian was doing. She agreed to talk and tell everything.
I asked him what she said.
Daniel said two years ago, a young she wolf came to the clinic. She was very heavy with twins. She was fully drugged and unconscious. She was almost ready to deliver the babies.

Anger filled my body. My mother knew everything. She knew I was pregnant. She did not help me. She sold my children. My own mother sold my babies for money.
Daniel said there was still more. His voice was shaking too. He said the nurse told him they ran a normal blood test before birth. But the blood showed something different.
Kyle came closer and put his hand on my back to support me. He waited to hear more.
Daniel said the babies' blood did not match any known wolf family. The nurse said Adrian became very happy when he saw the test. He said the babies were rare and special. Adrian believed they were very expensive and not like normal wolf children.
I was confused. My heart was beating very fast. Daniel then asked if I remembered who the father was. If I remembered any man before my mother carried me to the clinic.
I tried to remember. I tried and tried. But there was nothing in my head. All the memories were missing. Only darkness. Tears came out of my eyes. I told him I could not remember anything at all.
Daniel said they removed more than pregnancy from my head. They removed all the memories. Whoever the father was, my mother did not want me to remember him.
I asked why she would do something like that. Before Daniel could answer, a new voice came from the door.

We all turned. A man I never saw before stood there. He was tall and handsome. He had dark hair and cold blue eyes. His clothes were very rich. He looked powerful and proud.
Alpha Marcus moved fast in front of Luna Elena to protect her. He asked who the man was.
The man smiled a wicked smile. He said his name was Adrian Collins. He said he came to take what belonged to him.
My whole body turned cold. Adrian. The man who took my babies. The man who destroyed my life. He was here inside the pack house.
I whispered that he took my children.
He said the children were also his. He said we made them together. He said he came for them.
I shouted that I had never seen him before in my whole life. But he said I did not remember because my mother wanted it that way. He said he met me three years ago at a pack event. He called me beautiful and innocent. He said he wanted me. And my greedy mother agreed to give me to him for money. They drugged me so I would not know. Then he paid my mother.
My head felt like fire. My mother gave me to a stranger. She allowed him to touch me when I was drugged. I felt sick in my stomach. I knew deep inside that my mother was wicked enough to do that.
I said he raped me. The words hurt my mouth. He said he called it a deal. He said he knew I did not agree but he did not care. He only cared that the babies were his. He said they had his blood and he came to claim them.
Kyle was shaking from anger. He stood in front of me. He warned Adrian to go away before he ripped him apart.
Adrian laughed like Kyle was nothing. He said no one could touch him because he had special protection from the Council of Alphas. He said he came with a legal claim for the children.
Alpha Marcus spoke quietly but his voice was deadly. He said Adrian raped a she wolf and stole babies. So he had no right to anything.
Adrian asked us to prove it. He said I had no memory. No proof. No witness. He said the Council would believe a strong doctor before they believe a wolfless girl that once had mental issues.
I told Adrian I would kill him. I told him I would change into my white wolf and break him into pieces.
He looked happy to hear that. He said now he believed the story was true. He said now he knew the children were not just special because of him. They were also special because I had a white wolf bloodline. He said the twins were very valuable.
