Location : Earth, Gotham City
A blue blur can be seen running across the city.
Some criminals were injured and some became disabled depending on the severity of their action.
Every single criminal that were attacked have one thing in common. Lighting marks, evidence showing that they have been attacked with lighting.
The blue blur came too suddenly that the Gotham Criminal Underworld didn't have time to react before countless of their members were attacked.
Not only the normal criminals. Some supervillain like MrFreeze and Riddler who was currentlly freed from prison after escaping and are planning their next attack were also captured.
While the Blue blur was capturing some villains.
Arkham, the place where countless supervillains are held, was attacked.
Two shadowy figure, one with a bow and arrow and another holding two guns.
The figure holding guns wore some sort of red helmet, hiding his identity.
Arrows shot the surveillances and guns with paralizing bullet hit the guards.
Soon they made their way to the place where the most insane man is kept, Joker.
As they got near the cell, the Joker suddenlly open his eyes.
Eyes showing the insanity deep within him. Looking at his visitors, Joker laugh. He laugh just like he usually do.
"HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA ! How interesting ? Red Arrow ? Why are you here so far away from your mentor's city ? And whi did you bought here ? Oh you seem familliar have we met before ?" Asked Joker as he look to his visitors with the same grin that he always had.
"Yes, you do know me and now it's time to bring you to justice." Said Red Hood as he look at Joker with Hatred under the mask.
Just then Joket was knocked unconcious by Red Arrow. They both soon carried Joker to the place wear they agreed to meet their other teammate.
On the park of Gotham, while putting his leg on top of Joker's unconcious head. Red hood can be seen waiting for hiss other teamates along with Red Arrow.
Soon a huge object fell from the sky. He was carrying countless supervillains like Killer Crock, Penguin, Harly Queen,and Poison ivy. The object that fell was Bizarro, the failed clone of superman.
Along with Bizarro, a blue blur pass by. It was E-Soul. He bought Mr Freeze and the riddler.
"Great we are all here ! So how are we going to continue with the plan ?" Asked Red Arrow as he look at the group of unconcious villains.
"We will bring them to the city center. There we will execute all of them in front of the whole world !" Said Red Hood emotionlessly.
"You know the Justice league will probably try to stop us right ?" Said E-Soul.
"I know" said Red Hood.

Location : Gotham City Center.
Today is a very special day. Today is the day where villains die.
Countless reporters can be seen reporting on the scene.
On a huge stage, countless villains can be seen tied up and wearing derty bags on their head.
In front of them stand a man wearing a red helmet. The man who use to be a robin. The man who was beaten countless times until he died. The man who was revived. Red Hood.
On the sky, Bizarro can be seen patroling. And on the ground, E-Soul is running across the city to make sure nothing go wrong. And finally on a building, Red Arrow can be seen with his bow and arrow ready to shoot anythung that comes in the way of the plan.
Without any more words, Red Hood put his gun ontop of Joker's head then...
BANG !!!
Joker was shot to the head with a bullet. Then he collapse. Red Hood soon kicked Joker from the stage.
The villains tried to break free hut it was no use. Harley Queen can only pray that the one who died was not her Joker.
Then Red Hood took another villain, Scarecrow. Then...
BANG !!!
Another villain was shot in the head and died. Soon Red Arrow took the Riddler to tjhe center of the stage and...
BANG !!!
However just as Red Arrow was getting ready to kill Harley Queen.
The heroes arrived. Batman appeared on stage. Along with him was superman who is fighting Bizarro and the Flash who is fighting E-Soul. Green Arrow was also bought to capture Red Arrow.
"WHAT HAVE YOU DONE !" Batman said as he look at his past sidekick. While Red Hood and his group were doing the execution. Batman have research and found out that Red Hood is actually his thought to be dead sidekick, Jason Todd.
Red Hood sensing that Batman probably know who he is decided to get straight to the point. Pointing at Joker's corpse. "He killed me so I killed him."
"How about the Riddler and Scarecrow ? They didn't kill you !" Said Batman with a growl.
"They killed people so they also deserve to die. Listen to yourself BATMAN ! YOU ARE PROTECTING MURDERERS !" Screamed Red Hood to Batman.
"I... anyway this is wrkng and YOU ARE GOING TO TURN YOURSELF IN!" Said Batman with a serious look to Red Hood.
"No" said Red Hood with a flat tone.
"Well you leave me no choice, Jason." Said Batman as he commanded Superman and Flash to not hold back.
Soon the sky shook as Bizarro and superman fought. During their battle, they accidentally destroyed one of the Wayne's Building.
Meanwhile on the ground of Gotham city. Teo blur. One blue and another Red can be seen running across the city.
"Give up kid" said Flash as he tried to hit E-Soul.
However E-Soul didn't answer him and just ran. This time to outside of Gotham. E-Soul and the Flash soon started running across the world.
This was Red Hood's plan. When he was in the League of Assasin after he was just revived. Red Hood found out about the speed force and E-Soul true identity along with his powers through their inteligence network.
With this Red Hood manage to invite E-Soul to his team by giving him a chance to become more powerfull. A chance to gain the speedforce by running in the same vibration frequency as the Flash to make the speed force notice him.
The League of Assasin spent a lot of resources to find out this method of getting the speedforce through Luthor. Unfortunately you need to have super speed to gain the speedforce in this way.
They made the plan to create a race between E-Soul and the Flash. Hoping that the race will cause the speed force to manifest.
And as Flash and E-Soul ran faster. Their vibration frequency started going in syncs. Soon the speed force noticed E-Soul. Then a bolt of lighting came out of nowhere, hitting E-Soul. Giving him the speedforce. With his newfound speed and the Flash's shocked at what just happened. E-Soul manage to escape.
Before running, E-Soul quickly got back to Gotham and saw that superman is beating bizarro. He also saw that Btaman, his biological father, is fighting Red Hood and having their talk.
Seeing this, E-Soul quickly found Red Arrow who was fighting Green Arrow and bought Red Arrow back to the Arsenal base.
Then he came back to Gotham and sneaked attack superman. Giving Bizarro time to use his lazer on the captured villains on the stage. Wanting to kill them all.
However just as the Lazer was about to hit the villains. The flash came and save the villains.
Seeing the situation is not good. Bizarro quickly grab Red Hood and escaped along with E-Soul.
Before escaping however, E-Soul sucker punch batman in the face with the strength of a slightly stronger normal human.
After all, he is technically his biological father.
