Chapter 46 - Who Do You See Me As?

Ian smiled and took a step forward. As his foot landed, a shockwave spread out from beneath him. The top floor of Angel International was instantly pulverized by this shock, turning into dust and scattering into the air. However, while the walls and ceiling disappeared, the floor remained completely unharmed, and even the loose papers scattered on the desk were untouched.

Angel Yan, who was initially pinned to the office chair, and the manager standing beside her, were instantly exposed to the midday sun. Yan's golden hair shone brightly in the sunlight.

Ian and Zeke slowly ascended, floating in mid-air, looking down at Angel Yan below.

Angel Yan felt an unprecedented pressure, a feeling more intense than any she had faced against an enemy in her thousands of years. She could sense that the powerful energy fluctuation was still climbing, seemingly without end.

In Super Seminary, a piercing alarm blared throughout the command center. Pointers on various instruments jumped frantically, and the screen flashed red warning messages.

Lian stared intently at the violently fluctuating data on the screen, shouting: "Commander! Ultra-high energy reaction detected! The energy level is still rising!"

"It's about to exceed the detection limit of our instruments!"

Ducao suddenly stood up and said in a deep voice, "Location!"

"Angel International Building!" Lian replied.

"Could Super Soldiers from another civilization have landed on Earth?" Ducao turned without hesitation and said to the people behind him: "Riven, Ajie, immediately take Ge and Liu and come with me to the scene!"

"Yes!" Riven and Ajie immediately responded.

Ge and Liu, who were still in a state of confusion on their first day reporting to Super Seminary, were each grabbed by Riven and Ajie and dragged onto the plane.

Inside the temporary command room on the plane, everyone was glued to the footage from the energy monitor. On the screen, a massive red dot appeared, and as time passed, the red became more intense, signifying the energy was getting higher and higher.

"This... this energy..." a researcher said in terror, "is enough to easily destroy the surface of the Earth!"

Everyone's hearts were in their throats; they had never witnessed such powerful energy.

"What about the satellite? Can we see the situation on site?" Ducao asked.

"Report, Commander! The satellite is experiencing severe interference and cannot observe the scene!" a staff member replied.

Ducao gave a decisive order: "Activate the fighter jet's supersonic mode! We must get there as fast as possible!"

"Notify Sun Wukong! Tell him to go to the Angel International Building immediately!"

"Yes!"

On the other side, Ian, floating in the air, flicked his right hand. A silver-glistening Three-Pointed, Double-Edged Halberd appeared out of thin air in his grasp. The spearhead gleamed with cold light, exuding a sharp, powerful aura.

Immediately after, a dazzling light rose from his hand and then spread over his entire body. As the light dissipated, Ian's casual clothes had been replaced by a silver-black battle armor. Mysterious patterns were engraved on the armor, and then a white mist solidified into a Mantle on his body. On his forehead, a vertical eye slowly opened, radiating a terrifying divine light.

Simultaneously, a black light flew in from a distance and landed at Ian's feet. The black light faded, revealing a massive black hound. Golden divine patterns covered the hound's body, and its eyes flickered with fierce light. It was the Howling Celestial Dog, modified by Ian.

Zeke also chuckled. A red light flashed, and a set of fiery-red armor appeared on him. Flames burned on the armor, exuding a scorching aura. A red, dragon-shaped ribbon, the Cosmic Braid, coiled around him, fluttering in the wind. In his hand, he held a long spear burning with fire—this was the Fire-Tipped Spear. Dozens of golden light blades encircled him, hovering behind him—these were the Universe Rings. Under his feet, two fiery rings slowly rotated—this was a yoyo, ahem... no, the Hot Wheels.

Ian, standing in the sky, saw Angel Yan's discomfiture and slowly reined in his aura. His and Zeke's presence instantly became ethereal, Celestial and Saintly, as if they did not belong to this world.

Ian looked down at the stunned Angel Yan and asked, "Little Angel, you asked who we were. Now that the answer is laid before you, who do you see us as?"

His voice resonated like a great bell, echoing between heaven and earth.

Angel Yan's Eye of Detection had returned to normal. Her brain rapidly searched for information about Earth.

Soon, she found the images of Ian and Zeke.

"You are... Yang Jian... Nezha..."

She looked up at Ian and Zeke, her heart filled with confusion.

"Are you... the main gods of Earth?" Angel Yan asked.

"Since when did Earth possess this kind of technology?"

"Was this perhaps supported by Super Seminary?"

Her heart was full of doubts, but mostly vigilance. She tried to notify Queen Keisha, but found that communication was impossible.

Ian smiled slightly and said, "There's someone else coming. We'll explain everything together then, to save trouble."

Downstairs at the Angel International Building. The previously empty street was now crowded with a large number of people. People looked up, staring at Ian and Zeke floating in the sky.

"Look! What is that?"

"Are they shooting a movie?"

"Damn, that's so high. Hope they don't fall!"

"Seriously, that's way too dangerous!"

The crowd was abuzz with discussion, everyone drawn by the sudden spectacle.

Police, alerted by instructions from above, quickly arrived at the scene. They set up caution tape and began to evacuate the crowd.

"Please, everyone, do not gather! This place is dangerous!"

"Step back, step back! There is danger here!"

The police forcefully dispersed the onlookers.

Not long after, a highly futuristic aircraft flew in from a distance and hovered above the Angel International Building. Ducao, Riven, Ajie, and the newly brought Ge and Liu all jumped out of the plane.

Then, they looked up and saw Ian and Zeke suspended in the air.

"This is... Yang Jian and Nezha?!" Ducao said in shock.

Riven and Ajie also wore expressions of disbelief. They could never have imagined that figures from myths and legends would appear in the real world.

Ge and Liu's eyes were wide. They looked closely and realized that these two were the same people they had encountered in the alley that day.

"T-this... how is this possible?" Ge stammered.

"They... are they Immortals?" Liu was also incredulous. "The one I fought that day was an Immortal!?"

Ducao took a deep breath, suppressing the shock in his heart. He stepped forward and said to Ian and Zeke, "Gentlemen... may I ask who you are?"

Ian smiled slightly and said, "Don't rush, just wait a little longer."

The moment he finished speaking, a golden light flew in from the horizon. The golden light faded, revealing a figure dressed in golden armor and holding a Golden-Hooped Rod. The newcomer was none other than Sun Wukong.

"Your Old Sun god is here!" Sun Wukong shouted loudly.

Ge and Liu were even more excited to see Sun Wukong.

"Wow! It's Sun Wukong!"

"The myths are real, there really are Immortals!"

In the sky, Ian, Zeke, and Sun Wukong stood in three different directions. Ian looked at Sun Wukong before him for a long time. He seemed to see another shadow through Sun Wukong.

"Hairy eyes and face, pointed mouth and shrunken cheeks. It's an exact likeness, a true likeness... you, monkey, look exactly like him," Ian muttered.
