Sunflower,
At the beginning of time,
When the sun walked the earth.
In a garden there was a flower,
And that flowered loved,
Loved the sun more than breath and bread
The flowers saw the sun and he knew love.
Ohh what great and tremendous love
That embraced and encompassed him.
Her beauty, her grace,
It bewitched him,
Such worship, that he changed his nature.
He became only hers,
No longer shall he look at anything else,
No longer shall his eyes love anyone else.
He fell when she rested,
He awake at her dawn,
And in dusk,
he embraced blindness
Ohh, what a fool he was,
The sun loved another,
She loved The moon,
She gave him everything,
Light and grace,
Every ounce of the beauty that graced
The moon and what was parted to the world,
She gave, she sacrificed, in her love for man and moon.
But not from me never for me,
But why would she,
She is the greatest being to ever grace the world of man,
She is the life giver,
She is the shining one,
She is everything.
How could The flower expect her to love him,
The diamond does not love the hand it resides on,
The water does not love the fish that breathe in it,
The sun does not love the flower that follows it.
But..
The flower does not change,
The nature remains the same.
The flower holds no illusion of the reciprocity of love.
The flower just says that he needs not the sun, to love her.
He in himself can love her, till his death.Su
