Chapter 1 - Spin of Fate: The Disco Pang Pang

"Come on, Ha-rin! You promised!"

Ji-eun was already halfway up the stairs to the ride, waving two tickets like a victory flag. Behind her, the lights of the amusement park flickered against the dark sky, neon pink, electric blue, gold. Ha-rin squinted at them, exhausted already.

"I only said I'd consider it," she muttered, clutching her phone. Her office chat still blinked with unread messages.

"You work twelve hours a day, eat lunch at your desk, and the last time you had fun was… When? Back in highschool?"

Ha-rin sighed. "I don't have time for pointless distraction."

"If you have no time to live," Ji-eun shot back, "you're just dying slowly."

Before Ha-rin could protest, Ji-eun grabbed her hand and dragged her forward. The ride operator, a man with a headset and a mischievous grin ushered them inside the circular platform.

"Welcome to the Disco Pang Pang!" he called, his voice booming over the speakers. "Hold tight, no regrets!"

Ha-rin sat down stiffly, gripping the cold metal bar behind her. She didn't even need to look around, she could already hear the giggles and laughter surrounding her.

She rolled her eyes, annoyed.

It would be fine. Just a few minutes. Then she could go home, answer her emails, and pretend she had tried to have fun. And Ji-eun would be happy she had finally gone out with her.

The Disco Pang Pang spun harder than Ha-rin expected. The world blurred into light and laughter, and her grip on the metal bar slipped.

Before she could even scream, she was weightless, then landed with a thud.

Right against someone unexpectedly solid.

"Are you okay?" The voice was low and amused.

When she looked up, she saw a well-built man. Messy black hair, sharp eyes, and a smile that made her pulse stutter. How hadn't she noticed him before?

For a second, everything stopped.

"I, I'm sorry!" she stammered, pulling herself back toward her seat beside Ji-eun. She gripped the bar tightly, determined not to move again, which only made the situation worse.

The ride tilted again and she was thrown straight back against him, her hands instinctively catching his thigh for balance.

Oh my… did I just touch his...

Ha-rin turned desperately toward Ji-eun. "Please, switch seats with me."

Ji-eun only smirked. "No way."

The operator called out to them, asking how old they were.

"Twenty-five," Ha-rin said, showing the number with her fingers.

"Twenty-six," the man added beside her.

She blinked in surprise. She'd expected mostly teenagers on a ride like this.

"Why don't you say hi to each other?" the operator teased over the microphone.

They both bowed politely.

The man laughed quietly, his eyes glinting with amusement, clearly knowing exactly why she was so flustered.

Ha-rin's entire body tensed. The next sudden jolt threw her straight into his lap, her back pressing against his chest before she could even gasp.

She could feel every inch of him pressed against her butt.

Ha-rin's face burned scarlet. She wanted to disappear.

It was as if the operator was deliberately trying to bring them together.

She tried to steady herself by moving to the middle of the platform, away from the seats. It was a mistake. Without anything to hold onto, she stumbled, panic flashing across her face as the ride tilted again.

His hand reached out, strong and sure, catching her before she could fall.

"Careful," he said softly, pulling her closer to keep her from slipping again.

Ha-rin found herself kneeling in front of him, breathless and disheveled, each jolt pushing her closer, her hands landing far too high on his thighs as she gripped them for balance while trying to stand from the awkward position.

Before she could steady herself, the ride lurched again and she fell forward, ending up sitting over him, her thighs closing around his torso as she braced herself against the bar behind him.

Her arms came around his head, and she could feel his breath against her neck, the faint warmth of him mixing with his intoxicating scent.

"Maybe stay here," he murmured, his voice barely audible under the music. "Seems safer."

She wanted to object, but she simply couldn't resist him anymore.

Her heart pounded so loudly she was sure he could feel it.

He wrapped an arm around her, steadying her as the platform jolted again. She felt the strength in his grip, not forceful, just steady, protective.

This position, with the rhythmic jolts making her move up and down, felt exactly as if she were riding him.

She could hear the MC teasing them, but she couldn't make out his words. She couldn't care less about the outside world. There was no strength left in her to pull away.

She could feel something hard benath her.

A soft gasp escaped her as the realization hit. As the ride tossed them around, she couldn't help grinding against him.

Why did I have to wear a skirt today of all days?

And she…

She was too sexually unsatisfied to bear it.

She hadn't been so close to anya guy for ages…

Every nerve in her body felt too sensitive.

And he… He was exactly her type… her weak spot.

It would be impossible to come from just this… wouldn't it? Impossible.

She bit her lip, trying to hold back the sound as the climax hit her.

She might have hidden it from the others… but not from him. Not from his ears. Not from his eyes.

 So fucking awkward!

She collapsed against him, breathless. She didn't even realize the ride had stopped, or that everyone was staring at them.

"She kinda fainted, that's why I'm holding her," he lied smoothly, helping her save face.

He lifted her easily, still playing along with the act, and she buried her face in his neck, pretending too.

Ji-eun rushed over.

"Oh no! This is my fault. I pushed her too hard!"

"It's okay," the man said calmly. "I'll go take care of her. Wait here."

Before Ji-eun could answer, he was gone from sight.

When Ha-rin blinked again, she found herself sitting on a bench in a quiet corner, hidden behind the trees. He was kneeling before her, his hands on either side of her, caging her in. Like a predator cornering its prey.

Her heart was still racing. She should have felt wary, suspicious even. She shouldn't trust a stranger.

"I should go…" she whispered.

"Huh? Was that enough for you?" His tone was low, almost taunting. "Don't you want a little more?"

She froze. Her pulse skipped. Every part of her was drawn to him, no matter how much her mind screamed that this was insane.

"I don't know what you are talking about…" she lied, though her trembling voice betrayed her.

He leaned closer, slipped his hand between her tighs, pulling her panty away, brushing her finger against her wet clitoris.

"Don't you?" he murmured. Circling his fingers slowly.

She gripped his shoulders tightly.

"No… what if someone hears me…" she gasped.

He drew back slightly, a teasing smirk playing on his lips. The sudden distance made her arch involuntarily, chasing the heat.

"Wait, no… you can't just…"

His breath brushed her ear.

"I thought you don't want me to continue," he teased her.

"I … do… want you…" she whispered.

"Then how about we continue somewhere you don't have to hold back your voice?"

"Huh?"

Just then, movement caught his eye, her friend was running toward them from behind.

"Will you meet me at X Pub in an hour?" he whispered.

Then he straightened, the moment between them snapping like a pulled string.

"Oh, my, Ha-rin! Will you be okay?"

"Yeah… I will," she replied her friend, though her gaze stayed locked on him, her words meant for him too.
