Chapter 150 - Chapter 150 After the War

On the far side of the moon, the Electronic Round Palace appeared out of thin air next to a colossal City.

Yes, a colossal City. Its foundation was incredibly high, tens of meters tall, and an outer protective shield blocked various harmful rays.

Inside the City, lights blazed, and construction sites were everywhere, with a group of Mutant bustling with fiery enthusiasm.

The famous eighteen-year-old Magneto swiftly tied steel bars using magnetism.

Phoenix Jean Grey used her telekinesis to transport materials to the top of tall buildings.

Wolverine and Cyclops used their claw blades and laser to cut metal materials, clearly competing, their movements astonishingly fast.

Besides the Mutant, there were also numerous robots on the construction site, building houses in an orderly fashion, giving a sense of harmony.

The Mutant were highly motivated; these houses were for other Mutant. In a few months, this City would gather millions of Mutant.

This was a City belonging to Mutant.

What? Why are the X-Men here too? Because humanity had utterly disappointed the X-Men, Professor Charles decided to lead the Mutant to 'immigrate' to the moon.

To get Professor Charles to agree to this, Andrew not only revealed his identity but also took him to visit Rebirth Hell. Ultimately, Professor Charles agreed to join Andrew's faction, becoming one of Utopia's five Elder Council members.

At this moment, everyone noticed the Electronic Round Palace that had appeared out of nowhere outside the City and were stunned. Magneto said, "Boss got another big toy."

Wolverine snorted, "Last time it was the Bifrost Bridge, this time it's a big sphere. Boss really likes throwing things onto the moon."

As everyone was chatting, they suddenly saw Howard in his battle suit, Beast in his small spaceship, and the robot Trask all rushing desperately towards the Electronic Round Palace at the same time, and they laughed, "It seems that big sphere is a good thing."

"A complete Alien battleship?"

Howard, Beast, and Trask were practically drooling. The Bifrost Bridge was more advanced than an Alien battleship, but the problem was, it was so advanced that they hadn't even been able to study its most basic parts.

In contrast, the Alien battleship was much better; the three genius doctors could research many good things from it.

Andrew appeared inside the spaceship with Professor Charles and said, "You can research it slowly, but don't dismantle it. I want to use it to replace the Inverse Cross spaceship. The Inverse Cross spaceship is too low-grade; it's time to phase it out."

"No problem."

The three genius doctors couldn't wait to get started. Andrew thought of something and pointed to Stroman in the corner, saying, "This one is for you to help out. Use him as you please."

After speaking, Andrew left with Professor Charles. Stroman was very displeased upon hearing this. How could he, a world-renowned great doctor, only be allowed to assist?

Not long after, Stroman knelt on the ground, tears streaming down his face. It turned out he really could only assist them.

"Nick Fury called me earlier, hoping I could help save the world. I refused."

On the other side, Professor Charles took Andrew on a tour of Utopia. He said, "Given Nick Fury's personality, he will definitely investigate the academy next."

"If he wants to investigate, let him investigate."

Andrew didn't care. He said, "In a few more months, Utopia will be fully built. By then, most Mutant will have immigrated to the moon."

"I look forward to that day."

Professor Charles nodded. He said, "Boss, please help with the teleportation then."

"Don't worry, I'll never be late when collecting soul contracts."

Andrew smiled. He thought of something and asked, "By the way, how are things with the Inhumans?"

Although the Inhuman City Attilan was relatively far from the Mutant City Utopia, both sides had superpowers and were already aware of each other's existence.

"On the surface, we haven't had any contact yet."

Professor Charles smiled and said, "Privately, I've chatted with the Inhuman King Black Bolt. He really wants to change the Inhumans' current situation, but the Elder Council is very wary of us mutants."

Due to their harsh living environment, the Inhumans' system was very poor; powerful Inhumans were nobles, while those without abilities could only mine or be servants.

"You handle it yourselves. With your strength, you don't need to worry about the Inhumans," Andrew said, lacking interest. The Inhumans were too few in number, and he wasn't interested in spending much effort on them. Simply put, it wasn't worth it.

If it weren't for the large Mutant population, Andrew wouldn't have built Utopia for them at all.

"With Erik's grandson here, Utopia is very safe," Professor Charles said mischievously. After Magneto became young again, the Professor always called him 'Erik's grandson,' which almost made Magneto explode with anger.

"Old Man will definitely regret becoming eighteen now," Andrew said. "Once the City is built, we'll pick an auspicious day to bring the Mutant from Earth to the moon."

Professor Charles said, "That will truly require picking a good day."

The second Alien invasion crisis came to an end. This time, both S.H.I.E.L.D. and America suffered heavy losses.

S.H.I.E.L.D. lost a base, its headquarters was almost torn down by Beastmen, Agents suffered heavy casualties, and even Nick Fury was injured and hospitalized.

Additionally, the White House and New York were very dissatisfied with the Manhattan base incident. Nick Fury pushed all the blame onto Garrett.

Garrett didn't curse Nick Fury this time; he went directly to the hospital to beat him up.

Although he was impeached and had several hearings awaiting him, Garrett wasn't worried about anything happening to him because Nick Fury needed him as a scapegoat.

Although Nick Fury pushed the blame onto others, his life didn't get any easier. The reason was simple: Peggy Carter had gone missing, and many important figures called him daily, demanding that he find Carter as soon as possible.

Left with no choice, Nick Fury had to work despite his injuries, busy in his hospital room every day.

America lost its Third Fleet, its strength greatly diminished, and its hegemonic position was precarious. President Ellis, seeing this, announced a global summit to discuss how to deal with the Aliens.

Clearly, America wanted to shift its internal conflicts outwards.

Major countries and their populations strongly supported the global summit. Aliens were simply too dangerous and too brutal; Earth needed to unite to fight against them.

President Ellis's approval ratings increased instead of decreasing due to this proposal. The public had no complaints about him, but they had strong opinions about the American Military.

On one hand, the military was completely helpless against the Aliens, unable even to escape. On the other hand, the power armor was too embarrassing, causing the military's elite special forces to lose face completely.

To save face, the military dispatched a large number of power armors to New York. Heavy Cannon, Redhead, and the others, who were originally temporarily stationed, now became permanently stationed.

As for that disgraceful mayor, he was destined to step down; there was nothing more to say.

At Spider-Woman's urging, Chief George prepared to hire four Giant Turtles as vigilantes. Leonardo and his brothers were very excited about this—it meant they could appear publicly in front of people in a legitimate way.

Additionally, after the incident, April and the four Giant Turtles recognized each other, and she became their exclusive reporter, her status directly elevated.

At Rebirth Building, Andrew sipped tea, happily calculating his gains: "Over seven hundred thousand souls, the Electronic Round Palace, a laser satellite, the Ring of Resurrection, the Panacea, and the purple solution."

Stroman kept a portion of the purple solution for research. Andrew handed it over to Big Head. With Big Head's intellect and the Electronic Round Palace's database, it would soon be replicated.

It's worth mentioning that the bottle of Panacea in Sacks's possession was returned to the four Giant Turtles by Captain, as it originally belonged to them. Nick Fury was very displeased about this, but no one listened to him; all the Superheroes agreed with Captain's actions.

As for Sacks and Karai, they were imprisoned by Nick Fury and would face life sentences. Sacks Group, naturally, was seized and absorbed.

Andrew nodded with satisfaction: "Good harvest. Who says New York has no humanity? There are clearly so many good people."

"Norman Osborn, Shredder, they both died miserably, one more than the other."

In Hell's Kitchen, Kingpin looked at the news report with a grim expression. If he wasn't mistaken, Norman, Shredder, and he himself all possessed the blood of a Cthulhu.

It's worth mentioning that Kingpin had his arm bandaged—last night, the Assassin League suddenly attacked him, and he was shot in the arm.

"It's better to keep a low profile. Don't cause trouble during this time," Kingpin muttered to himself. The power he possessed was the power of chaos. As long as he didn't use the Cthulhu's power, no one else would discover the Cthulhu's power within him.

This was also why Ghost Rider Johnny hadn't come looking for Kingpin yet.

Kingpin didn't know that Andrew had been watching him all along—during the artificial sun incident, Kingpin had taken advantage of the chaos to increase his strength.

The reason Andrew hadn't moved against Kingpin was that he wanted to play the long game and catch a bigger fish. Also, he really hoped Kingpin would be a 'good person,' like Norman Osborn and Shredder.

Andrew gently pulled the thread of the loom and said faintly, "With the cover of the power of fate, no one knows I tampered with Kingpin."

A few days later, Steve quietly arrived at an abandoned underground bar, where the eighteen-year-old girl Carter was waiting for him.

Seeing the young Carter, Steve was overjoyed. Just as he was about to speak, Carter angrily questioned, "Steve, I told you I didn't want you to sacrifice for me. Why did you still do this?"

Steve was stunned. At that moment, Howard's words came to his mind, and in a rush of emotion, he stepped forward, embraced Carter, and kissed her.

Carter was a little bewildered at first, but she quickly became immersed in Steve's tenderness, her anger transforming into tenderness.

After an unknown amount of time, they separated. Carter playfully scolded, "Steve, you've become bad."

Steve wiped his mouth and said, "I think I should have done this a long time ago."

Carter rolled her eyes at Steve and said, "Don't think you can get away with this. Explain everything clearly to me."

Previously, it was an angry interrogation, but now, there was a hint of coquettishness. Steve secretly gave Howard a thumbs-up.

Then, Steve briefly explained the matter, but he didn't go into specific details. It wasn't that he didn't want to, but the contract stipulated that he couldn't.
