Danzo stood at the gate of the uchiha clan as his underlings tallied the death count and results of this massacre.
Soon the results came being all dead and two missing, one accounted for, and the other not accounted for.
Danzo had already gotten the threat from Itachi of leaking all confidential secrets of the village and anbu to enemy forces if Danzo ever thought or decided to lay a hand on his brother.
As for the other person while danzo was worried it was someone who itachi himself was unable to take down as he planned to assign all his forces to hunt them and pursuade the hokage to release an rogue ninja mission on the person, one of his subordinates swiftly came to his shoulder and whispered some inaudible information.
"A rogue uchiha child was found somwhow stumbled upon the gates of the village… what happened to all our forces placed in the forest?" danzo asked
"sir, they were all found knocked out in their positions by an unknown assailant." the subordinate replied
Danzo frowned.
First you say I should not harm your brother and then you go through the stress of knocking out every anbu operative just to get this kid into the village, just what is your aim Itachi?. Danzo thought
"Is the hokage aware of this now?" danzo asked.
"Yes sir" the subordinate replied making Danzo go into thought.
"Clear this place and leave no stone unturned, try to contain news of this as much as possible for some time"
Unaware to daimon, his safe passage into the village was not a coincidence or luck or because of his future knowledge.
It was simply because of a secret helper.
And so the most prominent event of the year happened this day in less than two hours time limit and ended with darlington dying twice in an under an hour, making a deal with the devil… twice, the uchiha clan wiped out leaving only two male survivors, itachi being a rogue ninja and the masked man having one more ally in the hidden leaf.
A new day began with so much confusions, questions and rumors as well as propaganda and stereotypes but none more the fear the followed the name uchiha and the hatred that followed its spawns.
