Caspian closed the lid on his package and muttered his thanks to Ember. He stepped out of the kitchen with a silly smile on his face.
As he started to walking down the corridor from the kitchen, he took the left corridor, the shortcut to the royal court.
Chuckling to himself, Caspian covered his mouth with his hand, but he could still feel the large silly grin under his palms.
He could already hear the bickering of the elders as he drew closer to the throne room, and he could not be happier. Caspian held the mysterious box tightly to his chest as yet another silly smile crept up on his face. He ran his hand over his blonde hair in an effort to calm himself.
He just couldn't wait to see the reactions on their faces when they heard the news for today and he couldn't be happier that he would be there to witness their disbelief personally.
